In the future, when we plan on doing work on our new driveway and concrete they will be doing all the work. They were polite, organized, clean and respected us, our property and we look forward to having them back really soon.

Joe was great to work with and understood how to manage my expectations. I would recommend anyone give Joe a chance to earn their business.

I called and told them I needed the cracks filled in my driveway. I was told someone would call. I did receive a call and I told him about the cracks. He told me he would come by in a few days and give me an estimate. I told him to leave the estimate by the front door. I also told him I got the name of his company from Angie's list. It has been over a month and I'm still waiting for the estimate.

My husband took off two hours from work to meet Joe at our house for an estimate. Joe never showed up. No phone call, no e-mail. I called him numerous times today and it is going straight to voice mail. I just confirmed the appointment two days ago. I am concerned that others who may have bought the Big Deal may not get the service.

My driveway was new in 2006, and was sealed in 2007. The drive is sloped. It was in pretty good condition except for some scrapes from the snowblower, a crack at the top of the drive, and another going the width of the (single-wide) drive where it starts to slope. Joe was to be at my house at 5pm, it started to drizzle around 5:30, and he called at 7:30p to say he was "rained out". A young woman left me a message the next day saying Joe could come on Saturday and to call to confirm. When I called later that day, no one answered so I left a message saying Saturday was fine and please let me know if it would be morning or afternoon. I didn't hear from anyone for the rest of the week and on Saturday morning, I called again and left another message. No response and no one came. The next week the young woman said she was out of town and didn't listen to her cell phone messages. Joe later said Saturday wasn't a definite appointment. Hmm. The third appointment was set and he did show up and did the work while I was at work (so I never met him.) Joe left me a phone message after completing his work asking me to call him. That's when he said it would be another $90 due to the size of driveway. He asked if I was happy and I said yes, based on what I saw just from a distance (since I couldn't drive on it for a day or so.) He told me he made no money on the deal because he used six buckets of sealant. I told him I saw the above-mentioned cracks that were less than a quarter inch wide still were unfilled and he said his deal was to fix cracks a quarter-inch deep, not wide. Hmm. I wasn't impressed with the work but it is "okay". He cleaned up after himself except for a large tar stain on the grass about 3 ft in diameter. I considered calling him back and asking him to take care of the unfilled cracks but in the end decided just to pay the bill and be done. I think if *all* you just need is a reseal, Joe can do that.

Joe's office staff called and set up the appointment and she was very courteous and pleasant. The day Joe was to arrive he called prior to the visit and arrived on time. Joe preped the driveway and sealcoated it professionally. Joe was very personalble and knowledgeable about his business. Joe did a neat and complete job. He left no mess. I will call Joe back for my next treatment.

Everything went extremely smoothly. After I bought the Big Deal, they called me to work out a time, and I never had to worry about anything else after that.

He did a good job sealcoating, but he was supposed to fill in some cracks, but he let a lot of them go. Then he said that they would require asphalt and would be $900 extra.

I purchased the $89 Big Deal from Angie's List which covered 700 sq. ft. I was aware that my driveway was certainly larger than 700 sq. ft., but the fine print stated AAA Sealcoating would charge $0.14/sq. ft. additional, which equated to far cheaper than what other companies have quoted me. I called and left a voicemail the day I was emailed about the Big Deal (same day I purchased the deal) and got a response from Joe Sullivan the next day. Joe stated because of the Big Deal, he was experiencing a higher call volume than usual. He wanted to reassure me that he got my call and would schedule something shortly after he worked out the logistics as to when he would be doing jobs in my neighborhood. In my eyes, it certainly showed professionalism when Joe called to update me. I've had past experiences with other companies that would contact me months after the fact, when I have totally forgotten about it. After the call with Joe a date was scheduled for the following week. The original date of Wednesday was post-poned due to some rain the day before, but Joe called me that morning to let me know that they would be out the following afternoon. Joe and a coworker was out there the next day working away on my driveway and when the job was completed, they blocked off my driveway. Overall it was a great experience and I feel like I got a great deal. My driveway was a complete mess before and now it looks like a brand new driveway. I'll probably need another coat next year and I'll definitely be calling Joe back.

I called the number listed on Angie's List Friday, August 26 and got Joe's voicemail. I left him a message explaining that I was looking to get an estimate to sealcoat our driveway (approx 2600 sq ft) which may also require some damage repair from work we had done on our septic last summer. I waited until the following Wednesday, August 31 to give him plenty of opportunity to call me back, which he did not. So I called him that afternoon and left a second message. This time I got a return call a few hours later. Joe was very pleasant on the phone, took down my address, and said he would be out the next day (Thursday) late in the evening. I told him that would work fine, as I wanted to be there to show him the ares on the driveway in question. I even told him I would be available Friday if that worked better for him. It's now Thursday, September 8 (a week after Joe was to show up) and I have never gotten another call or estimate from him. I know this company did one of Angie's "Big Deals," but if Joe was too busy to come give a quote he should have let me know. I will never understand the inability of a company or contractor to communicate with clients or potential clients via a simple phone call.

They did a super job! The driveway looks beautiful. They were very clean and knowledgeable at their job. I would highly recommend them.

I took advantage of an Angie's List Big Deal for sealing my driveway. Katie, the contact at the company, was always friendly and helpful. As my driveway had never been sealed since it was originally done, Joe Sullivan explained that it would be an additional cost as they had to use double the material. The added cost was more than reasonable.. They cleaned my driveway very thoroughly and then started the sealing. It was done very quickly and efficiently and both workers were friendly and knowledgeable. I not only will call them when my driveway needs resealing, I will recommend them to my friends & family. (in fact, 2 neighbors came over while they were here and asked for estimates). By the way, my driveway looks great!

I purchased one of the Angie's List deals of the day. It was 79.00 for 700 sq ft of asphault driveway resealing. Shortly after the purchase the compaby contacted me and scheduled the effort. They were here right on time and did a very good job. There's not a thing I could complain about. I will likely use them again in a year or two when I reseal again.

Went very well. I sent an e-mail to AAA and they replied the next day scheduling the appt. They were almost an hour early and I wasn't home so he did the estimate of cost and called me on the phone. They went to lunch and came back and did the work. Took them about 2 hours to clean, fill cracks, seal my 2500 sf drive. They did a terrific job, were professional, positive attitude, comfortable expense. I would definately utilize their services again.

Arrived this morning at 9 AM and were finished by 10:30 AM. Driveway looks great.

We called AAA Sealcoating in response to the Big Deal they ran in Angie's List. We paid $175 (on sale) for a driveway that was roughly 1400 square feet. My neighbors hired a different company and paid $300 for a similiarly-sized driveway. They were very professional and responsive. I had questions afterward and they called me back right away. I was really impressed and would definitely recommend them.

After reading other reviews on Angie's List I called late on a Thursday to schedule an estimate. Joe (owner) said he'd give me a call in a day or two as he was coming out. I didn't hear from him Friday and was fine with that given my late-in-the-week call, however, on Sunday he showed up at my house to do the estimate. Whereas I was surprised to see him, I was pleased that he had the work ethic to do things like that on a weekend during his busy season. I bought the home last fall. I have a long driveway, I think he said 2400 sq ft and it hadn't been sealed in 5-6 years from what he said after looking at it. I had a few holes that had been patched previously that were eroding and many cracks. I was fine with his estimate and description of the work he would do and said we could go ahead. He said he was very busy and thought it would be about a week before he could get out. But that same week I was contacted and scheduled for Wednesday around noon. On Wednesday I was contacted that they were held up due to issues at another job and it would be later that afternoon. It ended up being after 4pm when they came out and I can honestly say I was worried that it would be rushed because it was so late in the day, but they worked really hard, did everything by hand as promised (no spraying). It was a two man crew and Joe the owner was one of them, which again is a huge plus in my book. It shows his investment in his work. They didn't rush and my driveway looks great. They had A LOT of cracks to fill and repair and I am completely satisfied. Two days later and I have been stopped out front by three people (two neighbors and one random woman just driving by) asking for more details about them because they thought the drive looked so good.

Everything turned out quite well with this company. They crew was very pleasant and patient. They were very easy to work with. They were on time to the job each day. They cleaned up after themselves perfectly. I would use this company again.
