AAA Sealcoating & Paving

I had bought an Angie's special deal to do 600 feet (for $89) and called to schedule an appt. They were very nice on the phone and explained that they would charge me the same amount per square foot as for the special if there was an overage. They showed up on time and were very polite and professional. After measuring my driveway, I was told it would be $167 more, which I expected, as I have a very long driveway. They went right to work and did a great job and posted tape across the driveway to keep people off of it for 48 hours. Two of my neighbors saw their work and are going to call them, and one already used them the same day. I would definitely recommend them!

They were rushed. The guy was by himself and really stretched. It was an average job.

It was pretty uneventful. I liked the price and took advantage of a coupon. They came out and applied the asphalt just fine.

I purchased a Big Dea and was very satisfied with company. I had to pay a little extra because the sq footage exceeded the offer but that was fair. In the end the price was competitive. AAA was very proactive in contacting me initially to schedule the service. Because of rain they had to come back a couple times to re-seal and touch up but there were no complaints and they seemed eager to satisfy. Overall I found them very honorable and six months later the driveway is still in good shape.

5/18 Neat work, no messes left behind, edged before applying and it drying nicely. I would recommend Joe/AAA to others. I'll update my review of work performed once rhe job is done, but so far I've been impressed.

They were very professional, courteous, punctual, and eager to please. They also offered to come back if we were dissatisfied, which we absolutely are not.

After selecting the driveway offer from Angie's List, Joe Sullivan from AAA Sealcoating called to set up an appointment. He explained everything from his inspection of the driveway to completing the service. He did not complicate the information at all. It was very easy to understand. Upon completion of the work he left his phone number for any questions. He called a day later to ask if I was satisfied with the job. Outstanding job! There are some contractors who need to learn from this guy how to deal with customers.

Called and spoke to the owner on his cell phone regarding an estimate. I advised him I live in the High Desert Area and he stated he does do work there. He asked me if he could call back that evening after work, but he never called. Completely unprofessional.

Very straight forward, easy to deal with , tells you exactly what to expect and what not to expect. Service exactly as described.

They were good. They were very friendly and efficient. They did a clean job.

We had a coupon so we used them. They did a good job but they cost more than the $99 coupon we had. They were fine. I wouldn't say that they were so great that I wouldn't use anyone else. But I wouldn't say that I would not use them again either.

AAA Sealcoating was wonderful and have reasonable prices. The technician was very personable and professional. I needed additional work done so he wrote me up an estimate.

They were good and reliable. They showed up on time. Their service was fine; I have no complaints. They did a nice job of cleaning everything and prepping the surface. They applied a nice coat on the driveway.

They are prompt and professional. We did have a lot of tar in the grass. I will use them again.

They did a good job very efficiently. I used an Angie's List Big Deal so it was a bargain. I had to pay a little extra because my driveway was a big one, but I thought the extra that I paid was very fair. I wasn't here when they did the work so I can't say that I met them personally, but they did a good job and it is holding up pretty well. They came on the day that they were supposed to be at my home, so that was a good thing. I will use them again in the future if the need arises.

I couldn't be more pleased with the excellent work performed by Joe Sullivan and Tyler Stephens in seal coating our driveway and roadway. They were extremely professional and arrived on time for our appointment for a estimate and returned on schedule to perform the job. They were very thorough and completed the job in a timely manner. I am very happy that I selected AAA Seal Coating & Asphalt Maintenance for the job and would use their services again, I highly recommend them for the quality of their work, fairness in pricing and because they are great to work with.

Had the Angies list sealcoating special. It had been rainy so the initial sealcoating was not done for several weeks and several phone calls, and it looked like rain later the afternoon they were to come. He was about 90 minutes late, but was done in 20 minutes or less (I had done most of the prep work prior, for which he did thank me). However, it did begin raining about 2 hours after he left. The next day there were several large spots at the top of the drive (which is shaded) and the whole area along the lip of the concrete apron to the garage. These appeared to have absolutely no coating at all. I spoke with Joe on the phone and he said it sounded like it had rained on it too soon and had washed the sealant off in those spots. He promised to send the guy back out to redo the entire drive. When I got home the night he redid it I inspected the drive to find he had not done the entire drive, but only those spots. So now you can see two shades of dark on the drive, the original coat and nice straight marks where the 2nd application was done. And due to the great difference in shades I really have no confidence in the quality of the sealant used on the original job done on the rest of the drive. No followup was ever exchanged between us (his calling to check to see if I was happy with the fix, or me to complain further). I just chalked it up to getting what you pay for. *************************************UPDATE************************* 4/29--owner did contact to schedule a time to redo the drive. I told him that in the time since they did the "Patch work" redo that the visible differences have lessened. While you can still tell where the redo was done, it does not just jump out as it had before. I told himi that, while I would have preferred they had redone the entire drive as I was told they would, that I could live with this result. It still is obvious if you look at it, but nothing like it was. I stiil have my doubts about the overall quailty of the product and so am only moving this up to a grade of "C".

He was a young worker and worked hard. He did find extra repairs, so the price was more than what was quoted for the Big Deal. My husband was impressed with him, he thought he was a great worker and did a good job. We thought, all in all, it was well worth what we did pay.
