Shoed up on time as promised and performed high quality work

I contacted AAA to seal-coat this spring because they did a good job last fall, covering up a prior seal-coat that had peeled and gone patchy. My thinking is, if I seal twice in 2013, the unevenness produced by the peeled coating will be evened out. Joe called back promptly and we agreed to the price. We then set up an appointment; recognizing that due to rain etc. it may need to be readjusted. They came by on the Thursday and cleaned and crack-filled the driveway, but due to rain, they had to return on Friday to finish. The seal-coating looks just fine, and was exactly what I had expected. The only quibble I have about the whole experience was that it seemed I was always calling Joe before he got around to calling me on weather issues and rescheduling. He was quite responsive when I did call, however. And it turns out, he texts, too, which was actually easier than calling.

aaa was on time, neat and professional. i paid more for my drive because of the condition, it's old. i believe this treatment will extend the life of this. melted rubber was applied to the cracks and then the sealant was applied. we have a rather large area to cover, which was done so well.

We purchased Angie's Big Deal, work was scheduled quickly and performed on the day promised. Small upcharge of $60 to fix some of the larger cracks with a bonding agent that would last longer was reasonable. Very professional, sealing was evenly applied by brush/squeegee and appears to be of good quality.

Unfortunately they did the job on a day in which it rained shortly after they applied the sealant. The sealant ran onto the concrete sidewalk and stained the concrete.

Easy to contact. Set up appointment. Arrived as scheduled. Performed the service. Missed one spot, and returned to take care of it.

This work was part of an Angie's List Big Deal purchase. Estimater (supervisor) arrived in the last 15 minutes of the 2 hour time block when they said they would be here. Weather was satisfactory so two man work crew arrived shortly thereafter. All three employees we had contact with were courteous and appeared to almost enjoy what they were doing. I had filled some cracks with a rubberized crack filler last year. They pulled that up before putting down their higher quality filler. They did not fill all cracks. I questioned that. They provided reasonable answers to my concerns. We felt they did an excellent job filling the cracks that they filled. They spread the final sealer coat quickly (it is nice to have the right tools), put a ribbion across the entrance to the driveway, told me to stay off of it for at least 24 hours preferably longer and left. We move the cars back onto the driveway after about 40 hours. Our only disappointment is that the lines made when filling the cracks show much more prominently through the sealcoat than we would have expected.

I was able to easily schedule a time to have the work done. The workers called me in advance of arriving, and they did the job. They were very professional, and I was left satisfied. The results have not lasted long, but I was informed of that when they were hired. The sealant just doesn't weather terribly well, but that is no fault of the company. Overall, it was a very good experience.

The were easy to schedule, arrived when they said they would, and did a terrific job of sealing our driveway. The filled some existing cracks with what looks to be a good crack sealer, and the driveway coating is even. They cleaned everything up well and left a barrier at the end of the driveway to keep anyone from driving on it before it was dry. Their communications with me throughout were professional and timely.

I had a prompt response when I signed up. Unfortunately, had to reschedule due to rain. When they came out I wasn't home so he gave me a call to let me know that would be an extra charge for the square footage. He gave me the price for the extra square footage before they came out to do it. It looks good. He answered all the questions that I had. I asked him about some of the cracks and he told me the issues they had with trying to keep cracks from coming back.

They were very polite and on-time. Good communication. We will use them again.

Joe was punctual, provided a quote the next day, personable, and his prices were great. He did an excellent job repairing a pothole that had developed on the end of my driveway, he patched cracks that had developed, and resealed the driveway. I asked 3 services for a quote on Angie's List, Joe was the only one to return an immediate reply, one took a week later, and another never provided a quote.

My husband and I work long hours, so it's nice to find a dependable company who will come and complete needed work without us having to take time off work to be there. AAA Sealcoating scheduled the date, called me with a final estimate when they arrived, and completed the work without us being there. I was very pleased with the results.

Did a good job. Was a little surprised that the overage charge was so much. I didn't measure the area...just 'eyeballed' it. Will be more conscientious about measurements in the future..not AAA's fault. Will use again.

It went well from beginning to end.

They contacted us very quickly to set up the appointment. They sealed our driveway and fixed the cracks. They offered recommendations & advice on how to maintain the driveway. It looks great!

They did what they said they would do.

After I emailed them for a quote, it was the next day that I received a call letting me know the price, and when it would be done. I was going to be on vacation when it was done, but he let me pay for it when I returned. It was a job well done, and I would recommend them to everyone.

The work was well done. Better than I really expected.

We have a rather long driveway that had multiple cracks on it.. They edged the whole thing and even helped move some things off the top of te drive. The driveway looks great.

I didn’t go with them. It took them a while to get out here, so there was a delay a couple of times to do the quote and then the quote was too high compared to the other quotes I got. They quoted me $7000.

Bought "The deal" from Angie's List that covered 600 sq ft. My driveway is 3300 sq ft, and the ad said additional coverage was $0.15 per foot. They set up the appointment, out slightly over a week from my 1st contact. They arrived on time, cleaned the driveway, completed the coating, put up a driveway barrier, and were gone in almost exactly one hour. WOW. I did this work myself a few years ago, and it took me two days of back breaking work. Very well worth the money to have AAA Sealcoating & Asphalt do it for me.

I was very impressed. He were very professional. I really like the guy but other is less expensive and that's why I didn't go with them. I was confident that he will do a good job.
