AAA Sealcoating & Paving

Cleaned surface and filled some cracks first, then applied sealcoat.The two gentlemen were very nice. When finished,they tied off the driveway with tape and stakes.They were very neat and the driveway looks great.

I will recommend this company to my neighbors. A very positive experience. Joe could not have been any nicer or professional.

It went well with AAA Sealcoating & Asphalt Maintenance. I'm completely satisfied with the work they did. They did it on time and the quality was great. I have no complaints at all. I was pleased the filled the cracks and it didn't cost me any extra. I would expect the people will be pleased with their work.

No one ever answered the phone. Tried two days to set time to get estimate. Voice Mail said 'Mail Box Full. No messages being taken." After trying both days, I scratched this company! If they can't stay on top of their phone inquiries then obviously they're either too busy (which is a good sign if it's work-related) or they have no one to at least field phone calls.

They did a quality work. The staff seemed to be good.

Said they would google our location. Never responded. If they do not service our area then they need to indicate that on your website. VERY DISAPPOINTED in both the AAA Asphalt company and Angies list.

I bought their Big Deal but the price was more than the deal amount because my driveway was bigger. They still gave me the same price per square foot as the Big Deal. I think it was over 900 square feet and the offer was for 600 square feet. They were great. I thought that they were very professional and did a great job. I am very happy with them and would recommend them to my friends or family if they were in the area.

Joe called day after "deal" was purchased. Sealing was scheduled for following week but weather was not conducive for that activity. When he hadn't called by the time he was supposed to be there, I called him. He claims he called and left message but the message was not in our message box until the following day. Second date was also rained out and again I had to contact him. Third date was bad weather and I had to call to reschedule. On actual date of service, rain threatened but they showed up at 1 PM instead of 4 PM. At time of original scheduling, Joe told me by picture on google maps, our driveway 'looked to be within the area quoted in the deal'. Before he started he tried to say it was larger than covered area but I said he not bothered to come measure so he should honor his original promise which he did. He did charge extra $40 for materials to fill holes and cracks. Many holes were not filled and will probably need resurfacing soon. Due to communication problems I would not use this vendor again.

They were running late due to recent rainstorms putting their schedule behind. Though I didn't get a call until they were already 2 hrs behind the scheduled time, I was glad that they were able to do the work. that day. The Deal was for less square footage than ours, so we had to pay extra. Ours is not a long driveway by any means, so I would suggest people measure before purchasing a deal, just so they are aware. There was a broken -off chunk of the driveway which I asked for an estimate on. We agreed on a price, and they came back later that week to do a 'hot patch' repair, which turned out great. They were efficient, and the driveway looks really great. We would use them in the future.

Showed up as scheduled and did a great job in no time at all.

They arrived on time. Gave me a follow up call to let me know how things went. Very courteous and prompt!

I called AAA due to their high rating and reviews. However, I called them on two separate occassions for an estimate and was told both times that someone should be able to be there that day, but I never received an estimate or follow-up either time. Based on the positive number of reviews by others, it must have been a fluke... but since it happened twice I moved on to other companies. *Update: shortly after this review, I received a call from AAA. They stated the first request for an estimate did accidentially get overlooked but they made it out for the second request. However, they said they attached the estimate to my mailbox but I never received it... so given the benefit of the doubt, it must have blown away.

Had some communication problems with what we understood as the cost of the service. AAA Sealcoating adjusted the price in our favor and did a great job. They said it was important to them that we were happy with the service.

He was very friendly and it went very well. He came early and got the job done quickly and he answered all my questions. He was very helpful.

Went very well, He called to tell me he was going to be here at aprox 9:30 and was here when said. Nice guy (the owner) with a helper, and they were both very professional and friendly. Would hire again, they have a good product, nice and thick, not watered down, made the mistake of having a drive by person do it one year, they bought the DYI brand which was thin and not worth the $$, This time we used a ruputable company who cares if they do a good job.

They showed up on time and didn't use the spray and did an excellent job.

Had to reschedule twice but that was due to the weather and not AAA's fault. They were friendly and completed the cold patch and sealcoating that afternoon.

They were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were fast and efficient.

The team arrived promptly on the day of the appointment. I was happy with everything except an area where the driveway meets the sidewalk. In this area I had them patch a hole, the patch didn't work since it allowed water to puddle there. The next day I called and asked them to come out. I was told they would be there Friday. No one came by or called on Friday. Monday morning I got a call to say they were on their way. They removed the patch they had placed down. I'm happy with everything else.

2 guys came - they were good - knew what they were doing - did a very nice job. Would definitely use them again.

They were great to work with, very responsive, and priced reasonably. The quality of their work was great and I was very pleased with the attention to detail. They resealed driveway with one coat of sealer and patched numerous cracks. I will definitely be using them again.

He honored the groupon price. They did a great job, and it went very well. They did the work up front and I could pay a couple weeks later.
