AAA Sealcoating & Paving

Great. Did a beautiful job. Friendly and professional . Showed up when promised. Did nice work.

Used the Big Deal and scheduled the appointment. The two guys took the time to edge along our concrete walk and driveway apron so carefully that I was impressed. They took enough time to do a very thorough job of spreading the seal coat material. They seem to take pride in the quality of their work were. The owner, Joe Sullivan, stopped by at the beginning and introduced himself. I would recommend this company.

They did a really fine job and came back and did some touch up work at my request. I am satisfied with what they did. It did cost more for the extra work. They came on time and the two men that showed up to do the work were exceedingly nice. I thought that they were personable and seemed to care about the work that they did. I would use them again.

I used the Angies List Deal and called the provider once the deal was purchased. A date was set to seal the driveway. I understood that my driveway was slightly bigger that the square footage in the deal and was told that they would leave an invoice for the remaining amount when the driveway was sealed as I would not be home at the time. The driveway was sealed on the date scheduled and an invoice was left. The driveway looks great and everything went as planned.

The re-coating went well. I was disappointed that the cracks in our driveway couldn't be filled (he said they were too large). The seal coating definitely improved the look of our driveway. We are in no position to pay for a totally new blacktop, so this is a nice alternative and provides curb appeal.

I was first scheduled for AAA Sealcoating and Asphalt to come out on July 18th. That was an extremely hot day and somehow my appointment was overlooked by the company. When I called the company to find out if they were going to come out, Joe the owner was very apologetic and rescheduled me for Thursday of the next week. He even offered to give me a discount on any extra footage. On Thursday, July 25th AAA Sealcoating did show up. They did everything their deal on Angie's list said they would do and plus they followed through and gave me the discount for the extra footage of driveway they sealed. The workers were very polite. Took less than and hour to complete the work and my driveway looks beautiful.

had to initiate contact a couple of times using phone and email. (I am aware it's their peak season) the angie deal was for $99 seal coating. I didn't think much about the amt. sq. ft. the deal included because our driveway is smaller the average drive. I spent hours edging around the drive, sweeping cracks and at the end where it meets rock. therefore, there was very little or no preparation for them when they arrived. they measured the drive and came up with an additional $140 needed to fill and seal coat the entire drive. They were professional, and the product appears to be good quality. They were at my house for approx. 30 minutes; that coupled with the little prep needed on their part I was a little taken aback by the amount of the adtl. cost. Truth be known the whole thing probably cost about as much and any other provider would have charged. The rub was that I specifically chose AAA because it was at Angie's recommendation and it was supposed to be a DEAL. Good job just don't expect any favors.

All went well; work completed as expected. Cracks were filled July 1, but AAA wisely delayed application of seal coating because of threat of rain. The work was completed as promised July 5 when rain was no longer an issue. The seal coat was brushed into the cracks along the edge of the asphalt to assure full coverage and the balance was squeegeed instead of sprayed to assure small cracks were filled. Hot rubberize crack filler was used to fill large cracks.

AAA was the middle price of three estimates I got for sealing my driveway. I had it repaved two years ago. I found them very easy to deal with, and compared to the other two vendors they gave me a much better description of what they would do and how they would do it. They showed up on the day that was promised and actually did the job while I was out running errands. I'm writing this two months after the work was done and it still looks great (which it should.)

Joe came by on his own time and then called to give me an estimate. I was pleased with the way he explained the differences between cold milling and hot milling and the cost for each. We then scheduled a date for him to do the job. He also took his time to explain asphalt driveway maintenance when I explained to him I came from the country and always had gravel driveway. Very personable and knowledgeable person. The job was completed on the date scheduled and he did a wonderful job. Very impressed with the way the driveway looks.

I wasn't all that pleased. They were in a rush. I called them and I took off work early and I get to my house expecting to meet up with them. A year later things started to peel and not look so nice. I paid a little bit more than what the market was having. They were a little higher than what I was getting from 3-4 bids. But sometimes we wanted to get something done and done sooner so we wanted to pay extra money. They're not AAA rating.

I have had this service done many times by many different providers. This was by far the best experience that I have had and my driveway looks so good that multiple neighbors have stopped to comment on it. This for a very old driveway that is near the point of being replaced. It has not looked this good in 10 years. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an outstanding trustworthy company. I have had a problem section that I had partly replaced 2 years ago by a different company and they did a terrible job. AAA could have told me that they could fix it and charged me a great deal of money, but, instead said they could do it but wouldn't recommend it, but to instead "save your money" for the full replacement when you are ready to do it in a few years (which would not be done by them, but would need to be done by another company). Their honesty and professionalism certainly engenders trust and is a company that i will definitely use again in the future.

Everything went well, and it looks like the leak has been addressed. This is exactly what I was hoping would happen, and I'm a happy customer. I'll be contacting the company again next year to have the two new patches sealcoated.

The workmen were very courteous and professional, the lead workman described their process and materials as well as answered all of my questions. They were in and out in under 30 minutes and my driveway looks great!...Now, the real test will be to see how long my driveway continues to look the way it does today!

Rain caused originally planned date to be postponed, but the job was done in a timely manner.

I definitely recommend AAA Sealcoating. The guys did a top-notch job. My drive was in bad shape with extra cracking , additional dips in need of filling & a more extensive job than what the bargain price had allowed. However, the company did not bat an eye. Other companies walked away from doing this job. AAA not only completed the task but made the driveway look better than any other company had ever done so in the past. The owner was prompt in returning phone calls, explained what needed to be done & conducted business in a professional manner. I will be calling on AAA in the future.

I spoke with Joe the owner of the company, and I explained the situation to him. I told him that I just wanted them to clean my car, and I would even bring it in to them for them to wash it off. He said that he would meet me this morning and get it taken care of, but he called me and said that he would not be able to meet me this morning after all. He advised that I should just go get my car detailed as quickly as possible. The fact that he refuses to help in any way at all after he expressed that he would just shows the lack of professionalism by the company.

They were wonderful. I really like them. They were very helpful and honest about not having to come back the next year to seal the driveway.

They did a good job. They were quick and efficient. Professional and mannerly. I am very hard to please, but they did please me.

I choose this company for two reason: first, they received high ratings here on Angie's List. Second, they were offering a special coupon. There were two men, one the owner, who showed up not only on time but ahead of time. They even helped push my pickup truck with a dead better out of the way...no extra charge. They were quick, efficient and the results appear to be as expected. Very well satisfied with them. Plus, they asked if they could put one of their advertising signs in my yard. Usually whenever you get work done the contractor will put up a sign. But these guys ASKED first. That shows respect to me. I highly recommend them and no, I have had no previous affiliation with this company or the employees. end of review

I went back to the company that I had been using prior to that. They were decent but not as good as the company that I had been using. The only reason I did the big deal was the cost. I spent more than the big deal amount because our driveway was bigger than that. I don't think the coating was as thick and it didn't last nearly as long as my prior company that I had used to seal coat the driveway. They came out right away and they showed up on time.

It went pretty well. It did end up raining a little later in the day so I think it may have lost a little bit of the effectiveness of the seal coating. So I was a little disappointed in that. Anyway, the guys were really nice and they called before they came, they did a nice clean job sealing it all up. They were nice and quick about it. He called me the same day I purchased the deal and they came a week or 2 after.

I didn't really even meet them. I just talked to them over the phone and I just told them when they can come. They did a quality job and I trusted them to do the work even if I’m not there.
