AAA Sealcoating & Paving

They were slow to schedule, but after they did, they came when they said they would, on time, and did an excellent job.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did a real good job. I ended up paying more because I have a bigger driveway but it was still a good deal. It was about double the size. They were here a couple of hours. They blocked the drive off to warn people not to drive on it. I was pleased with them. Overall I would give them a very good rating. We set it up for about 3 weeks after I bought it, which was fine with me. I would definitely use them again.

I never heard from AAA and they didn't do anything. Can you help me either get the service or get my money back?

Driveway looks great, they did the job while we were away. Came back and it was finished on time, no mess or splatter. We were well pleased.

Received call from Joe early on in the process of my shopping around for estimates. He was very prompt in getting back to me and offering an estimate. He called with a dollar amount, I requested an email or fax of the estimate in writing and waited for almost a week. I called him back, he admits he forgot about it, asked for my email again and have never heard back from him. I am disappointed as he did have a reasonable estimate and it appears other AL members have had good experience. I have gone with another provider due to the delay and lack of timely communication.

The price was going to be 2+ times original price so no work was performed.

All of the staff were very polite. I purchased the service through an Angie's deal. The one issue was that the end price was significantly higher than originally planned. I ended up still using the service, however, because of how polite and helpful all associated with the company were. My driveway looks great!

We originally had a Big Deal from the company but when Joe came out to look at the job, it was not what the Deal covered. So we asked for & received a refund. They did a nice job of sealcoating, adding sand to the mixture to reduce slipperiness, but also patched an area at the entrance to the garage that had deteriorated and left a small sink hole. Six months later they came out and sealed the patch (for another charge). The patch now blends with the rest of the drive fairly well.

AA Sealcoating arrived on time. and did a careful, high quality job. They kept us well informed. My only concern is that the job cost quite a bit more than I expected to pay.

Joe was very professional did the work on time and quickly. We will have to wait to see if his special coating is better than what we've had done in the past but the larger cracks look better than ever before.

I thought my overall experience was excellent. They called me within a few days of purchasing the special. I thought they were prompt and professional. They provided quality work. What more can you ask for!!

Driveway was sealed. Our driveway was bigger than the special, so we paid the extra fee. We had a little trouble connecting with the provider. He came one day we weren't expecting him, and didn't show on a previous day we were expecting him. Overall, the results were adequate.

It turned out just fine, and I was very pleased. I would recommend them to others. I would use them again in the future.

What I like about him so much is that he came out when he said he was going to, he came out and measured and didn't stat anything until I knew exactly how much the extra amount would be and I just like that. So he's very clear and the extra work tripled the cost of the big deal amount and he wouldn't want anyone to be surprised but I knew how big my driveway was so I understood that it would cost more.

Went very well! Contractor was very cooperative when I had to delay work until roof was installed. Very nice job!

Fast, courteous, professional. They showed up when they were supposed to and even called beforehand. The driveway looked great. I am a little disappointed the sealer seems to have not taken hold in some low spots where water puddles. This may be due to our wet spring? I would use them again.

Overall the job went great. I purchased an Angie's Deal with them and was expecting to be contacted. I got busy and realized I hadn't heard anything from them after a few weeks. I had to call a couple of times to get it scheduled but once that was done there were no further issues. I did do some prep work myself. My drive is asphalt over concrete and the edges of my drive are starting to fail and the concrete can be seen. So I clean these off hoping we could get some sealcoat on the edges to help keep this at bay. I know my drive has technically failed and is at the end of it's lifespan. I've had another company refuse to sealcoat because of this. However the guys at AAA still took on the job a and did a good work. They went out of their way to address the edges and some minor issues at the end of the drive as well. Overall job well done and I will be using them again next year. Thanks guys!

Polite and arrived on time. Completed project as expected.
