Performed the job well without complications.

After purchasing the Big Deal, I picked 3 dates that worked for me to have the service done and left a phone number to call if they had any questions. The dates passed and no phone call. We come to find out they sent us a message through Angie's List which I didn't know was even a feature. Anyway again we told them to please call us, they did and I missed their call. I called them back right away and got voicemail. I left a message telling them to just come over whenever they could. Any day worked for me and to call me when they were coming. Another week goes by with no call. I called a few times after with no answer. I finally get a hold of someone and they tell me they're no longer sealing driveways this year and that I'd have to wait until spring. The issue here is I needed it done before winter to protect my driveway from the weather, so waiting until spring is not an option.

Worked with service provider to try to schedule before deal expired. Part of this was on me due to waiting to schedule service two weeks before the deal expired, and part was due to multiple scheduling issues. I am requesting a refund for the single reason that I felt like I was doing all the follow up and did not receive calls to reschedule after the tentative planned dates were no-shows. During a couple calls, we did discuss bumping this to spring, but my concern it would require even more follow up to remind the service provider. I'm currently tired of nagging, but would not rule out using them in the future. In fairness, I'm sure they would have done the work if I would have started the scheduling process sooner, but cannot give an A here, just due to the absence of follow up.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was not great. They put down the seal coating a day before it rained, knowing the forecast. It did not look good. When they came back out they put it down a day before it rained and it still does not look good. Now we have run out of time to repair it for the season.

I had bought an Angie's list deal do to my mom's driveway. They did an excellent job and would use again.

Overall results were ok, but some of the sealed areas have already sunk into the cracks and the guys that did the work didn't sufficiently clean the driveway beforehand, because I have seen small twigs underneath the asphalt that should have been removed first. It was ok, but not great.

The provider has not performed the service

This is the second time I used AAA. They are very professional and do exceptional work. I will certainly use them again.

The day that he was supposed to come out, he did not show. It did rain, when he did show I was not expecting him. That worked out though, it was the day that I had other people here working on the house. What I did like about this guy was his enthusiasm. He did a beautiful job, we had three neighbors get seal coating this summer and mine looks the best. He was working with someone else and they worked well with each other. There additional charges, which took me by, surprise. It ended up being another $90, which was still reasonable. He did not look like he hated his job. I think that it is the best job that we have had. I would use him again.

I purchased this deal in late September. Per communication on Angies List website, the work was scheduled for October 2. Unfortunately, I had a work conflict arise that prevented me from being home on the 2nd. I sent a message on October 1, again through Angies List website to advise of cancellation and need to re-schedule. To date (10/24/13), I have not had any contact with the vendor. Now it's late October and obviously the requested work that I paid for will not get done. Will I be reimbursed? Is there still a possibility that the work for my driveway will get done this year? Why have I not been contacted? I am highly disappointed in the follow-thru (lack thereof). The only service I have received for $89 of my money is nothing.

We had learned about this service provider through an Angie's List "Big Deal". For $89, a 600 square foot drive would be sealed. Additional area was charged at $.16 per square foot. Our total area was 1990 Square Feet, so we paid provider at additional $221 for a total of $310. Joe Sullivan contacted me promptly after the "Big Deal" purchase. We had to schedule out a couple weeks. Since it rained the day of our appointment, Joe was able to squeeze our job in the very next day. Joe and his assistant did an admirable job and we highly recommend AAA Sealcoating..

Provider arrived on time, conducted themselves very professionally, were there and done in about 2 hours.

Quick to return phone call, reminder call day before service provided. Very efficient and cleaned up after completing work.

I purchased the Angie's List deal for $89 for a reseal. I spoke to the owner and he said that the day they came out they would measure the driveway, if it exceeded the allotted space, they would call me and let me know how much extra it would be (in addition to the $89). I gave them my cell number and my husband's. The day of the service, I came home and the driveway had been touched up, but not yet resealed (they were waiting for the touch up to dry before resealing). I was at home when the truck pulled back up to do the reseal. They did not come to the door (although it was evident I was home... front door was open) or let me know (not a big deal). Since I had not heard from them, I assumed the $89 covered the cost. When they finished, the worker presented me with an invoice for $150. I told him we purchased the deal... he said that this was in addition to the deal. I phoned the owner and he said that he tried several times to reach me but it went right to voice mail. I checked my phone and my husbands... there was no record of any calls or any left voice mails. When I told him about that he said, "We were running out of time and just needed to do it." and then, "Well, how much did you expect it to be?" In the end, we compromised on the price, but I told him that he should not have done the work without getting my agreement first. I think they did a good job, but I didn't like that he did the work without confirming with me and especially since I was home at the time, his workers should have just approached me at the house and told me before beginning. Was probably a communication issue, but not sure I'd use them again or buy the Angie's list deal again.

Joe Sullivan was very understanding and friendly even with a scheduling mix up that was our fault! His workers were very professional and did a great job.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out great. I would recommend them. Our driveway was larger, and so I paid extra.

They did a fabulous job. It was very, very good. They did a great job of edging and cleaning out the weeds in the cracks before they sealed it. It looks very, very good. Very smooth, very dark. They filled all the cracks before they sealed it. They just did an outstanding job.

Were flexible, rescheduled for us a few times. Were in and out in a timely manner.

I would say it went ok. I was considering doing it myself but based on Angie's list reviews of AAA I decided to go with these guys. Everything I read online said to power wash and prepare the driveway. They told me that they didn't need to. I had moss in some areas and they went right over the top of the moss. It took my driveway over a week to dry and now when it rains, the mossy areas look like they did the day they sealed my driveway (kind of brown rather than the rich black color). I think they hurried through it. There are also some cracks that they sealed with the hot rubber that are starting to reappear. I didn't want to do the review right away because the driveway looked great the day they did it, but I was very suspect of the lack of power washing even though the owner told me that they would clean the surface first....they didn't. My father inlaw next door has a driveway about twice as long as mine is watching mine to see what happens so he can decide whether or not to use these guys. I would reserve judgement for now. I predict that my driveway is going to be a mess in the areas that they didn't prepare properly but I will wait and see. All in all, the price was good, they are professional and clean, but I am not sold on the quality just yet. Update: The contractor did call me to talk and we have not yet touched base. Now that the snow has melted I am able to see my driveway again. It honestly looks like the work has never been done in several places. I would love for the contractor to come out and see it. I am certain it is because there was zero prep work done on the driveway prior to sealing it. I was shocked because every internet video I watched went through extensive effort to ensure that proper prep work was done. These guys just came out and started spraying. Not happy...I bet when the rain season is over I will be due for another reseal job. I paid $800 for a job that lasted 6 months. Pretty salty.

We scheduled a time and they arrived promptly.They did a beautiful job, and my driveway has never looked better. This was an Angie's Big Deal and I paid a little more because of the size of my driveway. They cleaned up after themselves nicely. I would not hesitate to use them again.

It went fine. I never saw the people because I was at work. They did it without me having to be here so that was good.

I can't say enough good things about Joe Sullivan and his AAA Seal Coating. Our job required multiple trips because we were having an underground drainage system installed by another contractor. A large section of driveway had to be cut with a saw. Then the other contractor did his work. Then AAA returned to put down new asphalt where the cut was made. AAA made another trip to haul away the material removed by the other contractor. Then still another trip was required to seal coat the driveway. Joe was very resposive to my requests for this multi-stage project. The end result was a great looking driveway. I would definitely use AAA again and highly recommend them.

Very pleased with the service. Would recommend AAA Sealcoating to everyone. They did a great job, very neat, where there when they said they would be. HAPPY!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. They did a great job. He did some additional work that we asked for so there was a little bit of additional cost, but not much. It was quite a bit of work so it was an additional $125. They were very prompt and very friendly. They told us ahead of time what we needed to do and they gave us a couple of options. They were really nice people. We were very pleased with them. There were no problems at all. It still looks good after going through the hot summer. Their price was very reasonable compared to some of the other people we checked with. There might have been somebody that was cheaper but we didn't like their quality. It looks good.
