AAA Sealcoating & Paving

I call and left a message 2 times at the number provided by this business. The voice mail message indicated that Joe Sullivan was who would be receiving the message. After I left the first message I received no response for 8 days. I call and left another message and 2 days later Joe Sullivan returned my call. I explained to him specifically what work needed to be done. He said he would get out to the house and give me an estimate. That was 6 days ago. I have received no phone response and no one has been to my house to give or leave an estimate. If this is the kind of service is that provided before a job I most certainly would not hire someone this unreliable.

I wanted to hire them because they had tarconite. My driveway was done 3 years ago and wasn’t leveled properly, so there’s a lot of holes and dents. They didn’t want to tackle that job. He was very nice and polite over the phone while explaining why he didn’t think he was the person for that job, though.

Although the polite team arrived a bit earlier than expected, they set to work preparing the driveway, repairing cracks, and edging along it so grass would not mar the coating. The sealer was quickly and neatly applied.

He told me that if I used the deal, it would be unfair to me because he could only complete one fourth of my driveway. He was professional and polite in telling me that the deal was not for me.

They arrived in a timely fashion to the appointment. There were additional costs as listed in the deal as the area was larger than what was included. When they completed the work, it seemed that the service went well. However, by the following spring, it appeared that there were a lot of spots shining through. Everything else seemed to have worked well except for how long the job lasted.

It was pretty poorly done. They promised they would fill the bigger cracks first to make sure the asphalt was even when it was poured and they didn't do what they promised. The driveway looks terrible. It is sealed and has a coat of stuff on it but I am not harboring any illusions that it is going to protect the driveway. The price wasn't unreasonable if they had done what they said they would do. They solicited our business because there were in the neighborhood. They did it the same day they asked for the business. They came back when they finished the other driveways like they said they would do. They should have delivered what they promised even it it cost more. The customer should have been made aware they were not getting what they expected.

It went out okay. They came out right away. They patched and sealed it so, I thought they did what they advertised, no surprises. They did a good job.

The original contact was prompt and courteous. The service was scheduled and the workers cleaned and sealed the driveway. They cleaned up and marked the end of the drive.

Driveway had not been sealed for 15+ years. The harsh winter really left its toll -driveway grey looking. I knew the extra steps would require more time and money and I talked about this upfront with Joe Sullivan. It needed pre-treatment prior to sealcoat. The first time, AAA cleaned, surfaced patched and sealed driveway but within a few hours we had severe rain. The coat was compromised by the pounding rain. I called Joe Sullivan and without questioning he immediately agreed to have driveway inspected and after inspection re-scheduled and applied a second sealcoat at no extra cost. am very satisfied with the end result. I know that this will protect and it certainly improved the appearance of the entire driveway. I highly recommend.

Contractor was responsive, polite, and accomplished the work expeditiously. The quality of the work was very good, especially considering we had not had the driveway resurfaced in over 10 years -- it was in poor condition to start.

There were extra costs, but the provider explained them to me in detail. They were prompt. They were great. It looks so much better! I'm very glad I did it!

We are very satisfied with the work. I appreciate how careful the workers were in their application of the material where the asphalt met a different surface material. Very neatly applied!

The quote was free of cost. My husband was the one that talked to him. I know the guy was responsive and he called us back right away. He came out to the house and talked to my husband, and gave him a lot of information. We thought it was a friendly productive conversation. He kind of gave us a long term picture of what we needed to do to maintain our driveway. He was pretty professional and responsive. We thought the quote was a fair price for what we needed to have done. He did real good with the estimate for us.

I called approximately July 29 for an estimate for sealcoat of my driveway. Talked to the owner I believe who said he would be here on Friday or the latest on Saturday. He did call me on Friday and said that he would be here on Saturday. He has still never shown up and it is already Friday Aug. 8.

The crew was on time, did a careful job prepping the driveway and trimming around the edges, and did a fine job filling cracks and sealing the surface. Pricing was reasonable, more than I've paid in the past, but worth it.

Driveway approach feels better, water doesn't stand at that area now. Seal coat looks nice, not a lot of mess. They had challenges to work around the weather, but went well and we shall see how it stands the test of time. A previous company's effort barely lasted a year, but I feel this one looks heavy duty enough to be long lasting.

Work was not performed. I needed to rip and replace the asphalt, which is a much bigger job. Opting for Concrete driveway instead of putting a bandaid on my crumbling asphalt driveway

The company showed up as scheduled and spent about an hour sealcoating my driveway. The grass was trimmed back, significant cracks were sealed, and then the entire driveway was coated. I used a coupon from AL. All went well.

The cost was higher than we've paid in the past, but it was well worth it!!! Now we only have to do it every other year. This is the best job of doing the prep work before the sealing as was the fine edging. Awesome work!

Excellent, wonderful work. They were very good at communicating and they had excellent timing. My whole driveway was seal coated after all the patching had been done, it looks like a new house. I highly recommend AAA Sealcoating & Asphalt Maintenance.

He was prompt to respond via email and very professional. He reminded me the deal was only for 600 sq feet, he looked up my driveway on Google Earth and said it looked like more that 600 sq feet, and would be more than twice the cost, so I have decided to cancel the deal.

AAA did a great job of communicating at every step of the process and made certain that weather conditions were perfect in order to get the best possible application on my driveway, which was sorely in need of re-sealing. Although the cost was significantly more than the "special" I originally purchased, the actual size of the driveway was also more than double what the Angie's List advertised "special" cost; in addition, there were areas that required repair for AA's sealing to be effective. Accordingly, I was quite satisfied with the result and cost, given all the circumstances. I would and will most definitely use the company in the future and unqualifiedly recommend them to others.

We were not here when the job was completed, but when we returned the job was completed and the site was completely clean. Drive looks great and has been a pleasure to drive on.

arrived early. trimmed the edges and spread the sealer. marked down only because there were two or three places where sealer left "gaps" or small valleys in an otherwise smooth surface.
