I called Tim earlier this week and he made arrangements to come out in the next two days. He was very courteous and explained everything to me over the phone prior to setting up the appointment. He arrived and quickly cleaned out the nest and installed the screen and then checked the other vent outside for any evidence of nesting, cleaned that vent and installed a screen on the second vent. He then looked at some tunneling I had in my front yard and set traps that I had bought as well and set some of his own, free of charge.

They came out that day and removed the squirrel from my home; said they would come back the next day to put the cap on the chimney and they didn't show up until almost 4 months later. They did come on a Saturday and they did a good job but the fact they didn't come back for 4 months made me a little leery.

They were wonderful! They were prompt and explained everything to me. They came and laid traps, but never came back.

They were very prompt and very professional. They did a good job and the price quoted was the price charged.

They came recommended to me by another company. I was glad to get rid of the squirrel as it had been living there for awhile and I was glad to finally get rid of him. All and I all, I think they had to come out about six different times. I would use them again for future work.

They did a very good job. They charge a flat rate to come out and then they charge you per mole.

He did well with setting the traps, but then he left to go to a seminar. When he got back he never returned. He left a trap here and when I tried to call him I never could reach him and he never returned my calls. I would not use him again.

Tim was very persistent. He removed the animals, set traps and plugged up some holes where they were getting in. They had very reasonable prices and we would use them again.

I called on a Monday, but they couldn't make it to my house until Tuesday so Tim suggested that I put out apple slices in all of the rooms of my house, with as many doors closed off as possible to try and determine where the possum was. By Tues. when Alex from A&T came out we knew the possum was blocked off in my basement. Alex was very reassuring to me and knew exactly what he was doing. He took his time to find where the possum had come in. He found the entry point through my dryer vent. He blocked off that point as well as a few other suspect holes and set traps. He gave me his cell phone number to call at any time once the possum was trapped. It was trapped the first night and Alex came the next day to pick it up. Two days later there were no new animals so he came back and did all repairs on a Saturday afternoon! He was very flexible with my schedule which was great. I also have two indoor cats so he was wonderful about working around them as well.

I contacted Tim Julien and several other companies by email for a quote on dead animal removal. One of the companies responded within 30 minutes with a reasonable quote and I hired them immediately. I informed Tim that the job was taken. Nonetheless, he was kind enough to respond that same day to offer free consultation over the phone as to how we could seal up our deck to prevent future incidents.

He took the time to talk to me and was very patient. He let me know how to get rid of the raccoons. He let me know how to fix the holes and said that if I needed him, to call back.

Great guy. Did an excellent job from start to finish. Explained the process and was very neat.

They did a very fine job on the fencing. They had to dig a trench along the deck perimeter but were careful not to damage the flowers growing along one side. Their work was neat;you could hardly tell they did anything.

Tim Julien was very professional, communicative, and did a good job.

We had them come last year and they did a good job capturing the raccoons. This year they trapped 4 of them in a few days. They trapped the first three quickly, and removed the traps. We still had one and called them again -- they came out in a couple days and set two more traps. Caught the last raccoon (we hope!) within two days. Overall good service. Would recommend them in the future. Would use them again if we have the problem next year.

Tim came when he said he would and was helpful in informing us what we can do to avoid problems with birds in the future. He even came inside our home and deodorized the exhaust fan inside the bathroom which pretty much took care of the odor problem. He seemed to be very experienced and a hard worker.

They told me the best way to get rid of the woodpeckers is to get rid of the holes. The two or three times that I called them, they were so informative and helpful. They never had to come out.

I think I expected more for my money. I also expected results, i.e. Captured raccoons. We still have the problem.

They have a 24 hour cell phone, came out immediately and were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I wish every business was run like this one!

MANAGER TOOK INFO AND SAID SERVICE WOULD BE PROVIDED EARLY THE FOLLOWING WEEK. NO ONE EVER CAME. PHONE CALLS WERE NOT RETURNED.

TWELVE TRAPS SET --- VERY UNOBTRUSIVELY AROUND THE YARD, PATIO, DECK AND IN ROCK TERRACE. TRAPPER RICK CAME BACK DAILY FOR 5 DAYS TO CHECK TRAPS -- TOTAL OF 22 CHIPMUNKS AND 2 MICE CAUGHT OVER 5 DAYS. VERY PLEASED WITH OVERALL SERVICE. THEY HAVE A 6 MONTH WARRANTY FOR THEIR SERVICE.

VERY FRUSTRATING BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T RETURN MY CALLS IN A TIMELY WAY AND WHEN THEY DID CALL AND WE DISCUSSED THE ANIMAL PROBLEM, THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL BACK BUT DIDN'T. WHEN I CALLED, THEY ONCE SAID THEY HAD BEEN MEANING TO CALL ME BACK, AND ANOTHER TIME THEY SAID THEY WERE WAITING ON ME TO CALL THEM BACK. ALL IN ALL FOUR WEEKS PASSED BY WITH ANIMALS GROWING IN MY ATTIC, BEFORE I GAVE UP AND CALLED ANOTHER ANIMAL REMOVAL COMPANY. IT IS DIFFICULT TO SAY JUST WHO IN THE SET OF THREE COMPANIES DROPPED THE BALL, BECAUSE THEY ALL WORK TOGETHER.

VERY TIMELY WORK AND SENSITIVE TO BIRDS THAT WERE TO BE RELOCATED. WOULD HIRE AGAIN!
