I've used the company several times previously and though they have had a tendency to respond slowly they always responded and did take care of the moles. This time I left a message on their answering machine (which indicated that I would receive a call-back for scheduling) and they never responded. I said above I would hire them again -- based on past performance I'd give them one more chance -- but I'm not happy.

Tim was very knowledgeable and was very nice about sharing his knowledge. First he suggested flattening the tunnels and waiting to see if they were rebuilt. He said that sometimes the mole is just passing through. Unfortunately, our mole had made itself at home. He then suggested using a poison "worm" which I could purchase and drop into the tunnel without his help. My spouse did not want to use the worm for fear of poisoning our dogs. So that left traps, which Tim was willing to do for us. I have two daughters at home with delicate sensibilities when it comes to hurting animals. Tim was kind enough to work around our schedules and to the trapping while we were on vacation. The traps seemed to have worked and for now the mole is gone.
Description of Work: I had a mole that was doing a good deal of damage to my lawn and garden.

Tim sent one of his guys later that day and found that the raccoons were living at my neighbors home. His service guy (Scott) spoke to my neighbor and she hired them. Tim is monitoring my home for 3-4 weeks to make sure no breach occurs and is going to give both myself and my neighbor discounted fees as I had no raccoons and she ended up hiring them.

He came out a few days later and mashed down the tunnels so he could identify active tunnels and recognize new ones. His first visit he put out nine traps. A few days after that, he collected the dead moles, removed all of the traps, scrunched the tunnels and repeated the process. It took 6 or 7 weeks but they are all gone now and I know who to call if they come back!
Description of Work: We had moles take our back yard last winter and replicate a map of the interstate system there. This spring they launched an exploratory expedition into the front yard and I called A & T Wildlife Management because of the good reviews.

We had a bat in our house this morning; not a great way to kick off the day. Another service provider recommended calling Tim at A & T Wildlife Management. Tim was able to fit us in for an estimate and showed up right on time. After walking around the exterior and spending time in our attic, he concluded that we didn't have a huge problem. Furthermore, he could only find one or two possible entry points and recommended that we tackle the fix ourselves rather than paying him to do it. It's going to be an easy, and cheap fix that shouldn't take more than 30 min. I was very impressed with Tim's honesty; he could have easily done the work and make a quick dollar. I'll be recommending Tim to anyone I can and should we have another critter problem, I'll be call him for sure.
Description of Work: Tim from A & T Wildlife Management provided an estimate for bat removal and sealing up any entry points to prevent bats from entering our attic in the future.

Each spring since building our house, we have had starlings enter our dryer vent (located on the roof) and make their way to the back of our drying. A&T Wildlife came out last year and removed a live bird very efficiently and on short notice on a Sunday. This year, we were able to remove the bird ourselves, but wanted cages istalled to prevent further intrusion. A&T came out and installed the cages in a very prompt and professional manner. Very pleased!!!
Description of Work: Installed vent cages around all roof vents to prevent animal intrusion.

This company is fantastic. I called a couple of other places for an estimate to remove a bird's nest. From what we could see, it appeared to be small next above our front door. However, most places didn't answer the phone and/or weren't able to provide any type of estimate over the phone. However, when I called A & T, Tim offered to drive out to my house right then to take a look at it. I was at work, but he called me back a little while later and told me that it looked like a starling nest and that it was much larger than I had thought. He even had a colleague out to look at it that day before he gave me a final estimate. By the end of the day, they were able to remove the nest, clean out the soffit, seal up the hole, check the attic for any other entry points, clear out another next on the side of the house and close up that hole, and they covered to other vents on the house that could be potential entry points for the birds in the future. They were very professional and did an excellent job. They didn't charge a penny over the estimate and even sent me an invoice with a self-addressed, stamped envelope. I would recommend this company to anyone and will definitely call again should we have any animal problems in the future.
Description of Work: Removed a bird's nest from the soffit above our front door. Found and fixed any entry points the birds were using and covered exposed vents to prevent new nests.

He was wonderful. We didn’t pay him enough. I think the last time that he came out, he didn’t bill us. I tried to bring that to his attention using the phone number that I have but I never heard back from him. I think his name was Tim. He was wonderful to work with. I don’t remember how much I spent. He’s just great to work with. I just hope that he’s okay since we never heard back from him. He’s a hard working individual and very dependable. He helped us out and we had no idea we had baby squirrels in our attic. He had a good sense of that and put in a trap. We were very appreciative of his work. We would use his services again in the future.
Description of Work: We used A & T Wildlife Management for pest control. We last used their services about three years ago. We had some critters in our attic because of the noises we were hearing. He was able to trap four baby squirrels. He did not kill them. He had a way of letting them go.

I wish all companies were this great to work with. I had them come out because my father had major signs of raccoons up in his attic. Tim (the raccoon guy) was the person I dealt with. He was prompt, informative and an around nice guy. I had no idea where to begin with the mess the raccoon had caused. He walked me through the whole process. He told me that my father?s insurance company would probably help pay for the damages, he went as far as to look over his contract, and help deal with the adjuster. He also helped find an electrician to deal with some power outages in some rooms of his house. As for work, it was outstanding. He did the cleanup of the mess the raccoons had made, plus fixed a lot of little things that were outside the scope of his work. He even went as far as fixing the step on the ladder up to the attic and closing off the crawl space. I would highly recommend Tim and A & T Wildlife.

They set a trap near our deck and caught a raccoon the other day. They reset the trap and left it for about four or five days, but did not catch the other raccoon. A couple different people came out and both were very nice, courteous, and helpful. They have great employees. I think their price is about average. However, I bought my own trap for $75 and caught the second raccoon soon thereafter.

I heard noises in my basement and came home to find a kitchen trash can overturned, which was due to a raccoon in my basement, which ventured upstairs momentarily. By the time I realized this, it was after 10:00 pm. I found this company on Angie's List, based on location and 24 hour service. I contacted Tim Julien around 10:00 pm and he arrived around 10:35. He spent time checking several areas of the basement, at which time, the animal could not be located. He stuffed one area with plastic, where another animal might come through, and left a cage where the animal might come through. He indicated that if for any reason, no matter when, I heard a noise, to be sure to call him. He also indicated that he would need me to contact him so that he could place a cap on the chimney opening. A few days later, I did hear some noise, consequently, when I came home later that day, there was a raccoon in the cage. I contacted Tim and he came within a half hour and retrieved the cage (He also noticed that a door knob was a little loose and tightened it up for me!). To be sure that there were no other raccoons, possibly in the chimney, he left another cage and he called me a few days later to see if he could come over to get the cage. He came shortly after to retrieve the cage which thankfully was empty, he had already come to the house earlier to put the cap on the chimney. He was very accommodating and didn't hesitate to let me know that I should call him if I heard any noise at all, no matter when. I also appreciated his wicked sense of humor!
