Description of Work: Hired Tim for years. He removed, scared off and/or identified many "creatures" including skunks, ants, bats, mice, snakes, woodpeckers, groundhogs and raccoons. (We live by the woods.). He even built a wire fence under my deck as a barrier.

Description of Work: Removed dead animal from attic. Removed feces. Inspected space for additional animals and breeches in structure.

Description of Work: I had some kind of moles in my yard and he set up poison and traps and got rid of them.

Tim Julien was quick to answer my questions and, because I wasn't sure what my problem was, he suggested that it might be more economical for me to contact my pest control service and ask them to see if they could take care of the problem or if I actually needed a wildlife person. I'm sure his advice saved money for me.

Description of Work: we had a flurry of rats in our duplex... (however it sounded as loud as raccoons)... several people recommended him as THE go-to guy for rodent control.... I loved his appearance as he reminded me of the Duck Dynasty gang but then i would have been worried if he was in a suit.. He really knew his stuff...located the affected areas inside and out, set up a treatment plan (i had no idea what the budget like this was supposed to run but I knew the damage from rats could be in the thousands if left untreated) and it worked as promoted in 5 days... Great stuff!

Description of Work: The initial estimate was priced well, and Tim Julien agreed to remove muskrats from our neighborhood pond. I made 3 additional contacts over 2 months, and Tim was always polite, said he was out of town and would call me back, but he never did. He did not follow up in any way, and the service was never performed.

Description of Work: THIS IS THE 2ND TIME THAT WE HAVE WORKED WITH THIS COMPANY AND I HAVE THE SAME COMPLAINT. THE FIRST TIME THEY CAME AND DID THE WORK BUT DID NOT COMMUNICATE WITH ME ABOUT WHEN THEY WERE AT THE HOUSE AND DID THE WORK. THIS TIME WHEN THE ANIMALS RETURNED, WE CALLED THEM AGAIN, THEY SAID THEY WOULD GO OUT TO THE PROPERTY BUT NEVER DID. I'M NOT SURE WHY THEY ARE ON YOUR LIST WITH A GOOD RATING. TO BE HONEST, I'M LOSING FAITH WITH ANGIE'S LIST BECAUSE OF MULTIPLE PROBLEMS WITH MANY LISTED COMPANIES AND HESITATE TO RENEW MY MEMBERSHIP.
