Everything has always been excellent with this company. They are very friendly and the quality of work is excellent.

The Service was excellent-from them being her everyday at the precise time they said they would be here.Quality of work is way above the average and the personnel is very professional in appearance and in character.Mr.Wilson has really hired very highly qualified people and this includes the subs who do work for them as well.

Our fully carpeted basement flooded and our plumber recommended A&D Hydra Clean. They came out and performed the initial assessment and then helped us move the things that had not gotten wet upstairs. They brought in several dehumidifiers and huge "fans" that blew hot air. The carpet was loosened and moisture was extracted. The wood trim and doors were removed from flooded areas. Once all the moisture was removed, the carpet was cleaned, redried, stretched and tacked back down properly. They moved all of the furniture back. All of the employee were polite, well-dressed professionals who obviously had a lot experience. During this time, a lot of basements were flooded in the area, so they pretty much worked non-stop but I never felt like I was being put on the back burner for another client. The billing was handled efficiently and accurately. They did a great job of working with out insurance company.

They gave an estimate of $1,900 which I thought was high, but the final bill was $3,600. I have a $1000 deductible and my insurance company will pay the difference, but for the small area involved I thought the charges were not only out of line, they were absurd. The work was very good; I have no complaint about that. But I would never use them again for their cost alone. They charged for every little thing: $600 for equipment set up, $340 for dehumidifier use, $625 for fan use, etc. I’ve never had an experience like this using Angie's List and I’m very upset about the whole thing.

They did a great job. I thought they were a little pricey, but the quality was really good.

This company is one of the best contractors I have ever dealt with. We had a sewer pipe burst in the basement. They came in quickly. They cleaned everything up in a professional manner. They are efficient. They are great at communicating what they are doing, when it will be done, and why it is needed. These folks are just absolutely fine people, and they are a godsend when you are dealing with a situation like this.

It was very good. They cleaned carpets, replaced drywall, etc.

The project turned out very well and they did a very good job. Their price was borderline high though. Given everything that had to be done, I felt as though we should have paid several hundred dollars under what we paid. No complaint against the company and the work they did, everything was ideal besides the price. If there was pluses in the grading scale, i would have given them a B+.

Workers were very professional. They explained what they needed to do. They took great pains to protect our hardwood kitchen flooring that they had to cross to get to the basement steps. They took pictures for submitting to insurance and handled insurance claims.

Every person that came into our home felt like a new friend! Each were highly professional and overall great to work with! I had an additional project that was outside of their scope of work and A&D provided a great recommendation. This additional work actually delayed the project by several weeks, but A & D was patient. Everyone has been reliable and great to work with! I would absolutely call them again if necessary.

Looking back on the experience, it went well. A fixture in our basement bathroom overflowed soaking carpeted floors, crown base molding, cabinets, etc. throughout approximately 1000 square foot of our finished basement. It had probably been soaking at least 24 hours before we discovered it. So it was after 6 PM when we checked angies list and called A & D to help us with an emergency dry out. They showed up with their truck & fan equipment in about an hour and got right to work. The team of 3 worked past midnight extracting water from carpeting, removing base trim, and setting up equipment for a dryout process that lasted 3 days or so. Eric monitored the dry out process every day and got our basement and its contents dry again. They used standard estimating software which made working with our insurance no hassle at all. After we were dry, they provided an estimate for reconstruction involving reinstallation & cleaning of the carpet, reinstallation & touchup on molding, some cabinet & drywall repairs, and some touch up painting. Our insurance approved it the same day and A&D began shortly after. They did everything during the day while we were away at work. About 4 weeks after we 1st called, you couldn't tell anything bad had ever happened! Excellent work. I would add that both Eric & Kyle's attention to the details & professionalism made the whole process much less stressful.

A & D technicians were extremely professional and meticulous about finishing well and keeping things clean during both the remediation and repair stages. They also did a great job of keeping in touch with me during the whole process and working within the confines of my homeowner's policy. I was very pleased with the whole crew. One thing to be aware of is that there us a separate company who does the testing and inspection, and since the source of my water problem was difficult to determine, this ended up being a separate expense that I didn't get any help from my insurance on. I still haven't gotten the full bill for this part of the work.

We were very satisfied with A&D. They sent high-quality personnel who worked with us and showed up on schedule, etc. Would definitely use their services again (which I hope are not required).

Started as a nightmare when a utility company collapsed our sewer drain. During the two days of heavy rain at that time, the basement started to fill with waste. At 8 PM, called A&D. Two men responded in 40 minutes to try to stop sewer flow with drain pumps. Worked for three hours and got it in check, but all rooms were soaked. The next morning, they were back with a full crew of four to start to remove all the damaged items. The work continued for over two weeks until the rooms were back to normal. All the equipment - dryers, room heaters, water extractors, dumpster - was arranged by A&D. Decontamination of all the areas was undertaken and mold checks were instituted. It looked like a movie scene with the men in decontamination suits and respirators. The real help came when the insurance company balked at the bill. Aaron Wilson went above and beyond the call of duty (many, many hours) to explain and justify the charges resulting in full payment. A thoroughly profession and competent company.

Called at 10am on Labor Day and the crew was there by 11:45am! They moved the furniture and then drained and vacuumed up about 3 inches of water from basement floor. They removed and disposed of all of the soaked carpet (we were going to replace it anyway) and the pad and had a disposal truck arrive the next day to cart it away. They sanitized the entire basement and then set up dehumidifiers and blowers in the basement. All of the workers (I think 4 in total) were courteous and very careful to not hurt or dirty any of the rest of the house while carrying in and out the huge equipment and waste. All of the work was completed by 3:30pm that day (a holiday!), so we were so grateful! Even offered helpful advice about carpet tack strip repair and replacement. Came back each day to check to see the progress of the blowers and finally removed them on 3 days after the flooding. We couldn't have been happier with the work. Price seemed high, but considering the holiday, the quick turnaround and the fantastic end result - it was worth it.

Our water heater, on the 2nd floor, malfunctioned AND the pan it was sitting in cracked; hence, there was a torrent of water through the ceiling into our first-floor kitchen. A&D was GREAT - prompt, professional, courteous, helpful. CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THEM! They dried out walls (which is just as much an art as a science), ceilings, & carpeting, even moving furniture in the process. Very pleasant gentlemen who all took pride in their work, were very conscientious, & always cleaned up any mess before they left. Felt very safe with them in the house. The drywall repairs were SEAMLESS & the painting FLAWLESS. As the finishing detail, they cleaned & deodorized carpeting - even in areas that hadn't seen any water damage, bless their hearts! THEY MADE A BAD EXPERIENCE VERY TOLERABLE.

Thursday evening after arriving home from work, I noticed three of my laminate floor boards were starting to bow up. My husband and I did a little investigating but realized that whatever the issue was we couldn?t fix it that night. So, we temporarily dismissed it and planned to address it over the weekend. Unfortunately, we woke up Friday morning and noticed that our three damaged boards had turned into about 20 damaged boards. I immediately popped on Angie?s List looking for help. I located A &D (their many Super Service Awards caught my attention first) and they were at my house within a few short hours. They used an imaging camera to try and locate the problem . . . and they found it ? water was spewing up from the water line underneath the fridge (underneath the concrete slab). A & D instructed my husband that we had quite a big problem and needed to call the insurance company right away. In the end, we ended up with an $11,000 insurance claim for water damage but for the entire duration, A & D was there taking full charge of the problem. Eric from A & D was onsite daily (for five straight days) to monitor the dry out process. He was always professional, always arrived when he said he would (very important as we had been placed in a hotel due to the water supply being shut off at our house), and was very knowledgeable about his work. Kyle was our project manager and he always kept me in the loop whether by phone or email. We were so impressed by Eric and Kyle that we retained A & D as the contractor for the reconstruction. This included laying the new floor (performed by a sister company to A & D), repairing and repainting drywall (from plumbers repairs), replacing carpet padding, relaying carpet, repainting floor molding, carpet cleaning, light housekeeping for the affected areas, rehanging doors (that were removed as part of the dry out process), and resetting my appliances. (Additionally, my carpets look remarkable! They look just as good as the day they were installed ? six years ago!) Their pricing was obviously fair as my insurance company's only disagreement was with the base charges that were applied to some parts of the project. From what I have been told, it is becoming very common for insurance companies to not pay for base charges -- at all. In the end, there was only a $400 price decrease from their original submission to what my insurance company approved. I will not hesitate to recommend or rehire A & D for any of the services they provide. They area an outstanding company and have truly earned their Super Service Awards!

Because we did not have power there was nothing they could do at first. Once our power came on they were out at our house within an hour and went right to work. They cleared out any thing that needed to be removed. They installed fans to dry out the dampness. They were in continuous contact with us providing updates and provided great follow up.

These people really know their business. There personnel gave a clean appearance and worked very hard. They seemed dedicated to doing a great job, they understand that their customer is going through a difficult time when their home has been flooded. They come in with the attitude that they want to relieve your stress. I would recommend hiring them to anyone in need of water damage help. I certainly will in the future.

We came home from vacation to find three levels of water damage from a faulty toilet in a masterbath. A&D came out within an hour and began the clean up process, not just one or two workers 4-6 showed up. They were all very courteous, polite and comforting. After the water clean up and dry out A&D also did the restoration which really helped ease the process of getting our lives back to normal since we didn't have to go look for contractors on our own. This included gutting our kitchen, dining room and master bathroom and lost of use of the basement. All the contractors they used were very professional and did very good thorough work. A&D really helped us with our insurance adjuster, staying neutral yet helping to advocate for us. They continued this by making sure the contractors knew what we wanted and that we understood what the contractors were saying and doing. A&D went above and beyond what we expected. They really really helped ease our minds during a very chaotic and unsettling time. They even bought us dinner when we lost the use of our kitchen. I will strongly recommend A&D to anyone who has the misfortune of water damage or needs restoration for any reason and I will continue to sing the praises of A&D Hydra Clean. God was looking out for us when we blindly placed our finger on A&D in the yellow pages.

On Sunday afternoon I realized my basement was flooded and I called A&D. A&D was actually the 3rd provider I called, but at A&D a live person answered the phone! She was able to summon help and assemble a team to come dry out my basement. They arrived quickly! They knew exactly what to do. It was like calling in the cavalry! They have lots of state of the art equipment and my basement was dryer than ever just a few days later.

Initially, we had a representative come out to the house to look at the basement because we had been experiencing terrible odors in the basement that were coming up into the upstairs house through the ducts and in the basement that smelled very much like mold. The owner Dave Wilson spent quite a long time explaining to me how mold was formed, fed, grew and was remediated/treated over the phone. Dave was extremely knowledgeable, patient and thorough in his explanation as well as spending as much time with me as needed. Shirley in his office, who scheduled the appointments, was always very pleasant and helpful when I called and worked with me on several occasions to accomodate my schedule. A representative came out to evaluate whether or not the basement had mold and provided me with a lot of great pointers to help me eliminate the sources contributing to the potential for mold and what steps could be taken. Once I eliminated those sources, we subsequently set up a time for Steve & Kyle to come out and clean the carpeting and the basement. We were unable to do both in the same day due to a change I had to make in the schedule so they came out to do the carpeting first and I found both to be extremely pleasant, professional, thorough, meticulously careful in the treatment of my household items and in cleaning the carpet. Steve in particular was so much more knowledgeable about carpeting and the chemical compositions of things like moisture and molecules in the air, etc., than I would have ever expected and really helped me understand the proper way to care for the carpet. I really felt that they cared about my home and would care for it as much as I would. They came back the following week and pressure-washed the basement floor and again, were as great as the first time; additionally, found an area under the stairs that the builders had missed and was a potential for mold growth. I don't think I've ever had as great an experience with contractors as with everyone at A&D Hydraclean and I would recommend them without hestitation in a minute. I look forward to using them again the next time I need my carpet cleaned or anything else in their area of expertise.
