He cleaned around 1,100 square feet of carpet for $80. His appointment was at 8 and he was here by 7:45 so I could actually get off to work at a decent time. He was good with my dogs. They did a great job. Usually when you hire the less expensive cleaner you get sub-par results - but not this time.

I called on Friday and they were able to set an appointment for Monday. We have used them 2 other times and were happy with the results. They showed up 15 minutes late but got right to work. They did a very good job of cleaning some tough dirt stains our of our carpets. The initial cost was $85 but they charged an extra $20 to use a special degreaser to remove the ground in dirt. The two men were professional and got the job done.

Generally it was good. They were very nice and affordable compared to other companies we received quotes from. One of the guys forgot to something when cleaning a return, though, and I walked in the room to see the air in the room full of dust. The other guys apologized and said the one who did it forgot to do something. He seemed less experienced, so maybe that is what happened. i was pretty frustrated at the time, but they did a good job actually cleaning the ducts. I definitely have noticed less dust on furniture since then.

They are very affordable and they charge very reasonable prices. They don?t move furniture so you have to move the small furniture out and they?ll work around the big furniture that is remaining. They aren?t sophisticated; they have basic cleaning equipment. They run the hose through the house and clean everything then they are gone.

This is the third time I've used them and each time has been excellent. The carpets look new. The pricing was reasonable. He is very polite, quick and efficient. They have a tank on the truck so the water is hot when they get here and use that water.
