A Affordable Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

I called for an appointment Friday & they were able to get me on the schedule Monday so that we could have clean carpets before moving in. Jeff did a great job & it took less time than I expected! Price was really great compared to other companies too!

Tom did an excellent job!!! Will use this company again. Tom was on time, friendly, courteous and did a great job improving the look of my carpet and sofas. This company was certainly more affordable than other companies I had looked into.

It went just fine. Jeff was prompt, professional and overall did a good job. He even got some green paint spots out in our master bedroom! The only issue I had was that the edges of the stairs still seemed a bit dingy. I know those are tough spots, though. Overall I was very pleased!

The gentleman was running a bit late but did call ahead and let me know what was going on which was fine. He did a great job and really took the time to make sure everything looked great. I called 4 people and they were the only company to call me back same day and they were the most affordable out of the 3 that eventually called me. Did a great job!

I only have carpet in one of room of my house and A Affordable Carpet Cleaning is always so flexible with setting me up with an option that allows me to get that carpet cleaned as well as my couch. I'm very happy with the price and the service is always prompt and courteous.

I have lived in my home for over 15 years with the same carpeting and couch. We bought top of the line for both, and have had it cleaned regularly. This company was the best I have ever hired. Their pricing was excellent, they were punctual....and they were extremely thorough. Jerry spent almost an hour steam cleaning my large L shaped couch. The second hour was spent on three rooms of carpeting. It looks like new, and this carpet is old. We have no animals but grandchildren have definitely caused some stains and dirt. I will hire them ever year from now on, and tomorrow they are cleaning my oriental rug. So excited and happy to finally get that rug cleaned.

It went well, Jeff & Mike were 10 minutes early which I appreciated. This is the second time I've used this company. I trust Jeff & Mike in my home. They get to work right away and are personable. Will hire for a 3rd time when the need arise. Thanks guys!

Carpet looked better but stains are still there. The stains look about the same (coffee spill & dog urine).

The workman was polite, punctual, and helpful. The carpets look like new.

Everything went great. The carpets had some stains on them from cleaning products and we weren't expecting them to go away completely but it looks like they're all gone now. They also did our stairs for an additional fee just like the deal says. We would definitely hire them again!

A Affordable made an appointment right away and actually arrived a little early. The carpet was cleaned in a jiffy and everything looked beautiful. Took about a day to dry.

It did go fantastic. The two employees Jeff and Scott arrived on time. They were very professional, flexible and very cooperative. They cleaned the carpet of entire home Living room, 5 bed rooms, Stairway. And whatever items were on their way, they helped to move them and made sure all the areas were cleaned. Great. Technicians were running a few minutes late and called to let me know. Arrived when they said they would. They were clean, pleasant and professional. They took considerably more time and care cleaning my carpets than who we've hired previously and the cost was better than the other provider as well. Definitely would use them again. It was obvious that they cared about doing a good job.

Jamey was able to fit me in in short notice before I closed on a home. Shaun and Jeff did a great job and were extremely professional. They arrived on time and took extra time cleaning spots that were tough to control. I would have them out again.

The 2 man crew arrived on time. After showing them the areas to be cleaned, they got their equipment and cleaned our living room, one bedroom, stairs, and landing. They were able to remove all stains. My husband and I were quite pleased with the results.

Jeff and Zach showed up better than on time, they were 15 minutes early. I had moved some furniture out of the way for them. The remainder I didn't get to, they put foam blocks under to prevent wooden legs from swelling. That is great care for my personal belongings! They went straight to work and finished in a proper amount of time. The quality of work was excellent! My house smells so good! It smells like oranges. The techs were professional and friendly. I've used this company on multiple occasions when I lived in a condo in Avon and used them again when i moved to an older home in Broadripple. These guys always deliver! My carpets look good and smell great and they are very affordable! Keep up the great work ill be calling you again in the future!

These folks at this family owned business were just as nice as could be and had competitive pricing when I scheduled an upholstery cleaning for my boss. On that following Friday morning, nobody showed up or called with an explanation. When I called them, they were apologetic and claimed that for some reason we were not on the schedule. I accepted their apology, telling them I understood-we have have mishaps and things go awry from time to time. I rescheduled with them for the following Friday at the same time. That Friday came and went. Again, they were a no show and did not call. I was so upset (as was my boss), that I didn't even call them. The next day, Saturday morning (my DAY OFF), they called to tell me they were on their way. Are you kidding me?! I explained my frustration at their unprofessionalism and unreliability and that they had caused me to look bad at MY job. They apologized but never offered any discounts, etc and I didn't have the patience to listen or negotiate. Unbelievable.
