1-800 Got Junk

Very very easy to schedule. Prompt and efficient. Scheduled on Friday and was there on Saturday. Way more expensive than I thought it should be.

Overall, it was excellent. I did the scheduling online on June 27th for June 28th. It was very easy to schedule and pick time slot that is convenient for me. They (Rex and Joel) arrived on time, very professional looking. I showed them the pile of woods and they took measurement and gave the a quote on the spot. Once we agreed on price, they got started immediately. I had to leave because of another appointment. I checked the work the next day and I was very pleased. They removed all the woods and also cleaned up the area.

The people were very professional, efficient and friendly. A pleasure to work with. Price may be a bit high but it is nice to get the work done with no oversight and quickly. I didn't have to sweat at all!

They showed up within the two hour allotted time and called before they arrived. They came in, assessed the job, and got to work.

It was great. We didn't know how we would ever get rid of our satellite dish or the big stereos. We saw their ad in a magazine and called the 800 number. The person was very polite, took the info and said they would have the local person call us. Rex called soon after and we set up everything. They were punctual, very professional and took care of everything.

Our experience was delightful. I scheduled the pick up the day before on their website and they showed up even a little earlier than expected. We had them come in thru our walkout basement so the entertainment unit would be easy to remove. They picked up the unit, carried it away and sweeped up some shaving that were left behind. Not only in our basement but also on the outside patio. We were delighted with there concern for cleaning up anything that was left behind both inside and out of the house. They were in and out in 15 min.

Our basement sump pump got clogged and flooded our basement with at least an inch of water, which sat for a while. It destroyed a lot of our stored items and left us with a soggy, moldy mess. After calling, I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The truck came on time and provided me with an estimate after viewing the mess. (Price is based on how much truck space your junk takes up.) They hauled all the junk up from the basement for me and even dealt with back-to-back doors to take the trash out through the garage so that they wouldn't drip on my living room carpet. After they packed all the boxes in the truck the re-evaluated the space and gave me my total cost.

They came on time and gave me an estimate. They were very prompt, responsive, and communicated well with me. They did the work very efficiently and I was satisfied with their service.

This was the easiest transaction I've ever experienced with any type of service. I got a rough estimate on their website and scheduled my appointment online. They show you every time slot available for all dates and you just click on the one you want. I even changed mine at the last minute for same-day pick up. Rex called me about a half hour before their arrival and they arrived at my house at exactly the time I had selected. They were very professional and friendly and even offered to vacuum the living room after they were done. Worth every penny because of the ease of doing business. I will definitely use them again.

Great! Rex was very good at explaining the service and charge over the phone. They were right on time for the appointment and very professional. They are even donating the treadmill to Goodwill!

They came out in a timely manner. Removed debris and cleaned up.

Do call if you want professional hauling and are wanting a job done in a short time frame. Excellent company to deal with. Don't call if you are on a budget or price conscious as this work can be performed by locals that will take it to the dump, at a much lower cost.

While I did receive quotes for a little less than what 1-800-GOT JUNK charged me, I felt most comfortable with their professionalism and the ease of booking my appointment over the internet. I was not let down as they, Rex and Joel, were very professional and thorough in the removal of my yard debris. Rex even emptied a wheelbarrow that I had filled while they working at no additional cost. Overall a great experience, I had the debris scheduled, estimated, and removed in less than 24 hours.

The website was easy to use. You can see online what dates/times are available to set up an appointment. I received a confirmation email immediately. Rex called the evening before to confirm my appointment and the type of junk I needed to have removed. Prior to the appointment window, he called 30 minutes ahead to let me know their approximate arrival time. They measured all the material I wanted to have hauled and gave me a price. Construction debris (deck boards, patio stones, etc.) cost more because of the nature of the debris and Rex explained how the pricing is different on that. They loaded all the junk and swept up afterwards. I thought they did a great job. In less than an hour my junk was gone!

They did an excellent job. They worked in a professional manner. They were responsive to my phone call and they arrived at the time they said they would.

Workmen were very careful in removing furniture from second story, very courteous.

I demolished an old deck and called 1-800-GOT JUNK to haul away the boards. I was able to book the appointment on their website. They called 30 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive to confirm the appointment and address and to tell me when they would get there. Once they looked at the board pile, they gave me a final estimate for the cost, which was consistent with what I had expected based on their suggested price estimate guidelines on their website. They cleaned everything up very quickly. I received a $10 discount for booking the job on the Web. It was such a relief to get rid of my old rotten deck so easily!

Booked appointment on-line after hours which was very convenient (fee schedule is on web site). Received call the day before to confirm the appointment. Called again when 30 minutes away. Arrived when promised. Performed the job in a professional manner and cleaned up - swept garage floor before they left. If there was a question, asked before took action. Exceeded my expectation. Plan to use again within the next month for another 'project'.

They were right on time and they were very competent. They didn't just sit around and they cleaned up very well when they were done. I had no problem and I will probably use them again.

It went very well. Two men came out. They were professional. They took a look at the stuff and gave us an estimate. They did all the loading of the items from the basement and garage to their truck. It was a great service but we thought it was more expensive than we were expecting. The only thing that we didn't like was that one of our neighbors told us that they "flagged them down" after they left our house and offered them some money to pick up some of their items also. We felt that our neighbors got a great deal. But we were the ones that booked on-line and followed all their requests for setting it up. I suppose that is not their company's policy, rather just a couple of drivers/workers who agreed to do it.

Called 1-800-GOT-JUNK, scheduled a pick-up at one of my rental properties in Fishers/Noblesville area. Scheduling was easy and the person I was coordinating it with was nice and helpful. Worth noting, 800-Got-Junk operates on a franchise system so the people who were to do my job essentially work for themselves. Left work 1.5 hours early, drove 25 miles to site from Broadripple. I arrived there right when appointment window was to begin (5:30-7:30). I received a call at 6:00 PM from 8GT to inform me they would not be able to make it that evening. I called 8GT to see if someone else was available and they had nothing and barely apologized for wasting my time and money. They wanted to reschedule but I will use someone else next time.
