These Men Were Very Rude to me and told me it costs over $500 to move my 3 items, they also appeared to be unintelligent, when I asked questions they were not really able to answer my question, since they aren't very bright. They refused to give me price over the phone so I had to have them come in person and in Person they wouldn't give me total price for one item, and They weren't willing to negotiate with me period, wish I had never called this lousy company. This company only cares about themselves and they are only looking out for themselves. I am an attractive female who can walk outside and ask a man to move something without having to pay $500.

Excellent! Got Junk representative called 30 minutes ahead of their arrival. They were on time. Clean uniforms. Polite, professional and advised on other services the company can do for a homeowner.

It went great! Joel was a consummate professional. Picked up the items and put them in his box truck (I helped a little). The only disadvantage to me was the price. $178 was a little pricey in my opinion. But it went well. They arrived when they said they would.

It went extremly well! The guys were quick, very professional, and did not question the hazzardas stair ways into the cellar, or the second floor. They cleaned up after them selves, and left her house cleaner than before they started. I would highly recommend this company!

In any case, it was clear they wanted to be sure to do a good job, and that included cleaning up any mess involved. As the BigDeal purchased had constraints on the volume of junk hauled away, it was nice that they were careful to load everything in such a space-efficient manner. My only concern about using them in the future is that it seemed their prices could be on the high side, though I must admit I have not had much hauling done. I will definitely consider them again next time, especially if a BigDeal is available.

The company'sand quot; couponand quot; allowed for just one item no larger than a refrigerator to be picked up at their convenience. That was all the 53% off coupon covered. Then regular rates applied. I had an entire garage full of stuff, and the price for that was SO expensive, I chose another service. They couldn't even give me a decent quote. I made several trips to good will and had a garage sale instead. It was a bait and switch.

Very responsive from inquiry through their website. Very easily scheduled. Two employees arrived and quickly estimated the cost of the job via an organized, straighforward method. I was able to leave the site while the items were loaded, saving me from a significant amount of time off work. They hauled all items and cleaned up after, then called me to verify that the job was completed. I was very satisfied with the process and impressed with the professionalism I encountered. Would definitely recommend the service and use again if needed.

If you want a fast, professional and a bit overpriced junk removal service this company is for you. I had 3 mirrors to be removed and they were considered heavy items which was a minimum price of $225.00. If you have light items that take up large amount of space this service is not for you because they charge on total volume of space. Unless, the item is considered a heavy item and then it is priced differently. Other than the price, the folks were friendly, fast, polite and professional and did a great job!

They arrived on time and asked to see all that I wanted them to do. They then provided me a quote of $230 (not cheap, but i thought it was definitely fair). I agreed to the work and they got started. They went about the work without bothering me and did a good job. They even raked up the little pieces of wood from under the pile, they didn't just take the big stuff and leave a mess. I will most likely have them come back and take more of my junk...if I can only decide to get rid of it! Oh, and my mother couldn't remember the exact name and accidentally called 1-800-GOT-TRASH and it was NOT a garbage removal company ;)!
