1-800 Got Junk

I scheduled 1-800 Got Junk online. The website gave choices of days and times to schedule. After I scheduled my day and time, Rex called the day before to verify the appointment. He called about an hour before the arrival time the day of to let me know when they would arrive. When they arrived,Rex Joel and Jaona introduced themselves. I showed them all the areas to be covered. They gave me the cost it would take to haul all items away. Their cost was close to the cost I had anticipated based on the online diagram. The team quickly got busy placing items in the truck. They swept the attic which was a plus. It took about an hour for them to complete the entire process. On my next project, I will certainly ask for Rex, Joel and Jaona. They were friendly and professional.

These guys were just the best. By the time they arrived my husband and I had already gone through much of the stuff filling our storage area thinking that we would try and find homes for the usable items ourselves. We were very pleasantly surprised when Brian from GOT-JUNK said that they donate and find homes for usable items and had places to donate that I was unaware existed. I was really happy that they were very conscientious about responsibly recyling. It was such a good experience that we will be using them again in the near future as we continue to shed belongings.

Highly recommended, especially if you're lucky enough to get Rex and Joel come to do the job! We'd had a modest leak into the unfinished basement a few days before I called 1-800-Got0Junk ? company. We had rolled up carpet pieces, area rugs, and a lot of other stuff that needed to be hauled away, as wll as a lot of old toys, plastic kiddie cars, just old and unusable things, and other items, like big cardboard boxes the kids used to use as a 'fort'. The office staff was pleasant and informative, explaining service available and how pricing was determined. Rex and Joel arrived exactly when they said they would, after making a call prior to ensure we were ready. They were polite, professional, kind to the little dog (and watched out for her as they did their work, as it we couldn't keep her 100% contained), and explained what they could do thoroughly. They exuded so much trust, as well as calm and sincerity, that for most of the work they did, we left them alone to do it. They carefully took away all the many items we pointed out, and left behind items we decided to keep. Rex and Joel were quick, efficient, and very careful to not bump items into walls, and even though some of the stuff they hauled was damp, wet, or messy, they took it all in stride and stayed upbeat, even though it was the end of their day and they must have been at least a bit tired! The service given was excellent, and if all of the employees are like Rex and Joel, this company has a winning combination.

I thought it was a little overpriced. They showed up on time and were good. The price is by how much room the stuff takes up in the truck.

They were great. They came the next day. They were real polite and professional. They do all the work themselves. They went up to the attic and got all the things. I think their cost was reasonable. They charged me by the portion of the truck they filled and I had a one full truck load. They take what they can and recycle it. They don't just take it out to a dump but they split out and do what they can with it. I would have found someone who could have done it cheaper. They were just so nice and professional. They did everything very nicely. I would use them again. They followed up with an email survey very promptly.

I have used them twice or thrice and I am very happy with them. They have done an excellent job. Their prices and services were good. They worked hard and never complained about anything. They gave a written estimate well before and have a small and big truck. They were very professional in assessing the situation. They unloaded the truck very quickly and intelligently. They were responsive and kept me informed time and again. They were punctual and will continue to use them in future.

The staff are very friendly, kind, and they come out pretty quickly to hull the stuff away.

I loved it. I called them one day and they came the next day. I also liked that they recycle everything that they can recycle and that is why I used them even though they are expensive than the others I called. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

Overall it was quick and easy. Scheduled on line the day before. They arrived a little later but called and let us know that they would not be here at the expected time. GAve us their cost in 5 minutes after measuring the junk. They were done in 30 minutes and on their way.

The work took several hours, but some of that time was hauling first load to the dump or wherever they took it. They charged by the truck load and the truck seemed a bit small. I was a little shocked at the estimate, but they were there and ready to haul the stuff away so I agreed. They were very professional and the garage and basement looked neat as a pin when they finished.

Excellent start to finish. I would call again in a heartbeat. He even recycles items that are usable instead of just going to the dump, and gives useables to Habitat for Humanity and other agencies.

The staff arrived to provide an estimate and arranged a time later in the week to start the hauling and cleaning process. Three days were required to complete the job because on 2 of the 3 days I was scheduled in the afternoon. Rex made sure to call and inform me of any delays due to earlier jobs. During the process I made some changes to the original list of items to be cleared. The staff was very accommodating. Rex was also very conscientious about documenting what was completed at the end of each day so that I could keep track and compare to the original estimate. I'm very pleased that my house is finally clear of years of accumulated items. It is so refreshing.

They did a great job. They brought a full crew, did it very quickly, cleaned up and they were gone. They were very competent. I thought that the price was very fair for what they did.

It was way too expensive for the job.

I spent $400 on that work. They are very polite. They introduce themselves and they are in uniform. They are very nice people. They called me half an hour before they arrived.

Overall very good job with a quick turnaround from call to pick up however, prices are high. You are paying more for the convenience than the job.

Amazing! I called and they came right when I needed them, which was only a two day notice for them. They sent an e-mail confirmation with a coupon. They also called the night before for a courtesy call and right before they arrived. They wore uniforms and hats and were so professional and courteous. They also shook my hand upon arriving and departing. I will use this company anytime I need to remove any items from my home. I would recommend them to anyone who need to do the same! Again they were amazing!!

I have used them several times. They are easy to use. They come when you need them, right when you call. It's just an easy process.

We only used part of the truck for our moving so it was only $300. They were very polite and careful. Both the person in charge and his assistant were very helpful with all of the stuff that needed to go. They took care of everything all at once which was very good.

They got the job done. They were hideously expensive. We had one truck load and I paid $500. The truck looked bigger online. I got a couple rooms worth of stuff. My children are grown and I saved all of their toys and all of their stuff from school. Some of the stuff they give to charity, but I couldn't recommend them. They're just too expensive, even though they filled the truck to the brim. If I had gotten rid of everything, it would have been two and a half trucks. The guys they sent were nice, and it wasn't their fault that I was horrified by the price. They were on time and professional, but I would never use them again and I would not recommend them.

They carried it out of my basement and everything. They were very prompt and efficient. They even swept up the basement floor where the freezer had been. They were very professional.
