They did an excellent job. They arrived on-time, finishing in only a few hours. All work was done efficiently and professionally. All old equipment and sheet metal was hauled away. A follow-up request to eliminate a noisy transformer in the furnace was handled quickly. Overall, this is one of the best companies I've dealt with.

We found this company on Angie's List. Our furnace went out late Sunday night. We made the mistake of trying to contact another company who had a sticker on our furnace first and they were unwilling to help. We contacted Tin Crafters early Monday morning and left a message. They returned our call within 20 minutes. Lowell and another technician (sorry, can't remember your name) arrived within 3 hours of our call. They were very courteous and professional and explained what they were doing in terms I could understand. All that was needed was a thorough cleaning. We were not charged an "Emergency Fee" for same day service as other companies wanted to charge. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of this company. I will definitely be using them in the future for all of my heating/cooling needs and would recommend them to anyone, including my friends and family! Thank you Tin Crafters!

Incredible! I searched Angie's List and found Tin Crafters Heating at the top of the list. No wonder. It took less than 90 minutes from the time I called to the time Jim finished the job! And it was a Saturday! Jim found a small gas leak, too, and fixed it on the spot. He was so efficient, professional and friendly.

We found Tin Crafters on Angie's List. It was great to have a recommendation from people who had used them. Tin Crafters was EVERYTHING all the positive reviews said they were. The response to our call was prompt, repairmen arrived when they said they would and the job was completed without a problem.

They were on time and on estimation for the price of the unit and labor.

If you are looking for a professional, no nonsense, no pressure sales gimmicks company, then look no further then the Tin Crafters. This company is very professional in how they operate. I needed to get set up with central air. Jim from this company came out and was very courteous and did not try to over sell what I needed. Even though it meant the technicians needed to crawl around the attack to get the job done right, the estimate given was affordable. This was not an easy job by any means. I am very pleased with their work and would recommend this company to anyone looking for heating or A/C service.

After scheduling conflicts (mine), and ordering of the part, the work was satisfactorily completed in about a week and a half.

THE SERVICEMEN AT TIN CRAFTERS ARE ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY. THEY HAVE ALWAYS LISTENED WELL AND ARE ALWAYS CONSIDERATE ABOUT TAKING THEIR SHOES OFF AT THE DOOR. THEY ALWAYS RESPOND TO OUR CALL QUICKLY TOO.

WE BOTH THINK THAT THEY ARE GREAT. THEY DO A VERY THOROUGH JOB, AND WE HAVE ALWAYS USED THEIR COMPANY. THEY EVEN PUT IN A NEW AIR CONDITIONING UNIT FOR US TWO YEARS AGO.

THEIR WORK WAS VERY IMPRESSIVE. THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING BEFORE THEY PREFORMED THE WORK AND THEY HAD THE RIGHT PARTS WITH THEM ON THE TRUCK. THEY HAD THE AIR CONDITIONER REPAIRED WITHIN FIFTEEN MINUTES.
