It has been said that the three most stressful things in life are dealing with a divorce, a death, or a move. We believe it is our job to take each customers situation and tailor our service based on what they need at that time. We have grown because of our willingness to please the customer is not limited to our office hours, or the amount of money the customer has to spend. It is not at all uncommon for us to hold a check for a customer, or start a move at a time that is convenient for the customer, but at a time that will have us working untill midnight; at no extra cost to the customer. Now that we have dozens of employees and do hundreds of moves a year, most of which are routine, it has become my job to handle the details that truly make us a service company. "At first i was greatly disappointed. Very unprofessional- bait and switch. Was quoted around 500-515 dollars by a lady in the corporate office so I went forward with them. Little did I know on the front end there was some hidden fees. They charge you 100 dollars extra for gas, even though our move was 5 minutes away...that's absurd. Also they charge you extra for furniture pads and saran wrap. But wait there is more! They broke our ping pong table and never filled out the paper work like they said they would! I had to contact them and the owner was unaware of the ping pong table being broken. They also never contacted me until 4 days later and quoted me 790 dollars, 270-290 dollars higher than I was quoted JR the Owner made it right and took off 50 dollars for gas and didn't charge us for the furniture pads and saran wrap as long as we didn't file a claim for the ping pong table. I added a star because JR is a reasonable man and owner but the way they do business is sub par. Also their movers are good people and they work hard but didn't tell their owner of the damaged item. Overall they have a few things to fix before I would call them again."

Here at AJ Hetrick Enterprises, we do a wide variety of jobs for many different customers. We've been in business since 1998 and are an owner-operated business. Some of the things we specialize in (but not limited to) are construction (including pole barns), excavation, demolition, concrete, asphalt, driveways(can be what you decide, whether it be stone, concrete or asphalt), hauling off excess materials(dirt, stone, asphalt, concrete, A.K.A anything left laying around or is a displeasure to the eye), trucking (we have hauled loads for some well-known companies before, such as Monsanto during harvest or the local dairies with wet and dry feed. We also haul water from a local spring to Ice River Springs where it is bottled and shipped to stores nationwide). Have you ever had to chose which company you wanted to do your driveway, but didn't understand what they were saying due to use of industry-specific terms? When you choose us, we simplify it so you can understand what we're talking about. Let's say that this guy (Man A) says he can do your driveway for cheaper than we(Man B) can. A majority of the time, people like Man A get cheaper materials which decrease the life expectancy of the driveway.
