They are scheduled to come out to check my air conditioners at my income property and my home. I’m a long time client. I have a service contract with them. It’s a high quality company. I haven’t compared their prices. I bought furnaces and air conditioning units from them a couple of years ago and their price is fine. I would continue to use them in the future.

Arrived, took no notes and checked out my needs. He promised to send the estimate and send his card. A week passed and I had not heard from the company so I called. I had to leave a message on his voice mail asking for my estimate - but now another week has passed and I still have not heard from the company.
Description of Work: The nice young man came out to get information to estimate adding additional duct work and installing AC.

Great service means alot on a hot day. On and off we had a total of 3 workers they started around 9 am finished around 3pm. Everyone was very nice and very courteous which surprised me since they had to replace the coil which was in a very limited access area..Even the owner stopped by towards the end, to make sure everything was running smoothly.
Description of Work: Last Year our main a/c went out. We called and they came out, and gave us an estimate. The next day it was installed. This year our family room a/c went out called again got an estimate next day a/c installed.Both a/cs are now puron which is EPA approved. The figure of 2,600 is for this years a/c only.

I believe that the installation went well from start to finish. It was an unexpected and costly expenditure, but I believe that I received good value for the cost. The work was done professionally and they showed up when they said that they would. George Siemer and his employees have always treated me fairly and do what they said they are going to do. I would recommend them without reservation. Additionally, they came out to check on the air conditioning unit prior to the first hot day (without being called) to make sure that it was properly charged (since it couldn't be tested during the winter installation). The unit has performed beautifully so far and, with the variable speed fan, you hardly know it's running. This past winter I did notice a reduction in my gas bill.
Description of Work: I have used Siemer Heating & Cooling for quite a few years. I was experiencing problems with my Janitrol heat pump furnace and called them out to see what could be done. I had already looked at the combustion chamber and knew that the burners needed to be replaced. I was hoping that it would be an easy fix and that I would be able to get up and running with minimum dollars and disruption. Unfortunately, the burners could not be replaced and they said that there was a possibility that the heat exchanger could be developing a crack. That left me little choice except to replace the entire furnace, which was 18 years old. There were a number choices as to the replacement and they helped me through the selection process. The heat pump/air conditioner also needed to be replaced and they helped in this process also. I selected a high efficiency Carrier combination heating/cooling unit since the previous unit was also a high efficiency unit. A humidifier and air filtration system was also included in the installation. I was able to take advantage of a Residential Energy Credit and a local utility rebate. They were able to get the unit installed in one day and they were very careful when removing the old unit through the finished basement and bringing in the new unit. When finished I received thorough instruction on operation of the programmable thermostat.

They were very prompt and they were very competitive with their prices, I do feel like I got a good value for the money. We had a little problem come up with the system and I called them and they came out same day and resolved it.

Actually received same day service for non-emergency. Great experience from phoning in to their company to the pleasant, courteous tech that did the work. He was very knowledgeable and answered all questions I had. Did a great job! Will definitely call this company again for any future repairs and maintenance.

The work was done within a few days because my old furnace was failing fast. The men were on time, professional and cleaned up the area. I have used this company several times for new central air and to fix an additional furnace in my home addition. This company's estimates are not always the cheapest but they are worth the extra price.
