Siemer Heating & Cooling

Got a text prior to arrival with a picture of the technician. On arrival he wire his mask and gloves the entire time. He explained everything and even made some recommendations for future work when ready.

Everything went very well as I expected. Siemer Heating and Cooling has been taking care of my home for over 25 years. The heating and air unit with a 10 year warranty on parts and labor was under $5,000.

Excellent customer service from beginning to end. No complaints.

Technician identified that it did, indeed, need a cleaning. He was prompt, courteous and professional.

They did the work and it all went according to plan. The house is comfortable all the time.

It went ok, however, the price was very high. There must have been a breakdown in communication because I thought I was being billed a total of 89 and it turned out to be much higher (close to 150) just to change the filter out. Better communication would have helped.

They installed a new unit the next day.

Fantastic! Left the are cleaner than before the install. The old humidifier was plumped into the HVAC incorrectly, so they re-installed it at zero cost.

They were just doing a route checkup on my furnace. They had no other repairs they said needed to be done and they were pretty honest, I feel about the assessment of the equipment. They were good. I would say honest and upfront.

They came out and added coolant. They did a great job and worked quick. However, they were a bit expensive. There were two technicians who were pleasant, quick, punctual and left the area clean.

I think the service was good. They've been in the business for a long time so they know what they are doing. Their prices are competitive.

It went well. I called, and a technician came out the same day. When I made the appointment I was told that the technician would arrive within 30 minutes, and he did. He was very knowledgeable and polite and was able to explain what he suspects was happening.

I like that they call you to remind you when it's time. They give you an appointment and the guy actually shows up within 30 minutes of your appointment time so you're not waiting around for them all day. They're very knowledgeable, they're in, they're out, they take care of business and they're very pleasant. You're not worried about having them in your house.

Phil, tech who helped after a different company had no clue & quoted me outrageous price for unnecessary labor, was AMAZING. First, he knows what he’s doing. He’s also polite and helpful. And he’s honest. I would call no one else after my recent experience.

Siemer rep gave me an estimate and within a week had a crew out to replace the units. The crew was great and helped explain everything I wanted/needed to know about the new units. They also did a wonderful job helping fill out the rebate forms.

They always do a great job! My father in law hired them after he saw what a good job they did! Sorry I did the rating incorrect before! I must have not noticed the letter rating!

Everything was okay. This was part of a package deal that I had purchased about a year ago. They didn't charge anything this time. I really don't have any complaints. They were overly responsive.

The service is very good. We had trouble several times, and hey have come out and taken care of it. There is a 10 year warranty on the carrier, and they seem to take care of it.

Matt (the technician) did a great job. He arrived promptly, was courteous, very professional and answered all my questions. The furnace needed a Winter checkup plus the old filters needed to be replaced. Matt checked everything out. He removed the burners and cleaned out all the debris and he also had to reignite the pilot light for me. Everything went great and I was very happy with the service that was provided. I would definitely recommend Siemer Heating and Cooling and their calling card has been added to my refrigerator door!

Everything was fine – they got there when they said they would. It looks like we should replace the furnace altogether instead of having them do the check, though, so we'll get a refund for this deal.

Very prompt service. I was able to schedule an appointment within one day of calling. Very courteous and helpful person who answered my call and made the appointment. Serviceman came on time. I received a call beforehand to let me know that he was on his way.
