Had an afternoon appointment but he was able to come earlier so gave us a call and it worked out well. He showed up and got the job done in the morning. He was friendly and knowledgable. We were quoted $84.95 over the phone and it was indeed $84.95. We enjoyed having him in our home and would recommend "Popa" to anyone.

The overall experience was outstanding and I would highly recommend Popa HVAC.

I had planned to have normal maintenance performed on the HVAC but it kept slipping my mind. Upon discovering a wet floor in the room with the funace and water heater I immediately thought it was the water heater. Instead it was the drain line for the AC was plugged. I had no clue how to get this unplugged.I called a neighbor (she recently had a new HVAC unit installed) to find out who she would recommend. I did not use who she recommended but she also mentioned POPA as being very reputable. I called POPA and understanding it was an EXTREMELY hot & humid outside I did not expect to get same day service. My unit was still working so I was okay with it. The young woman assured me I would be put on a list for service the same day although the maintenance might not be able to be performed, I could at least get the drain unplugged.A service person showed up approximate an hour later (I did not expect them so quickly) and was able to do the maintenance for me as well! I was overjoyed and my unit has been running perfectly since.He was very polite & professional. He explained EVERYTHING to me in terms I understand. He cleaned up after himself to the point I think it was cleaner than it's ever been! I have since 'liked' them on Facebook and written rave reviews about them. I couldn't believe how quickly the service was performed and I'm not constantly worried my unit is going to fail at any moment.

We had a really good experience with them. We have a home warranty and we had gotten an estimate from another company. I called Popa to get a second opinion and they gave us a more accurate estimate. The service person was very honest and explained exactly what he saw and what he thought the problem was. This is compared to the company through our home warranty that told us we needed an entirely new furnace. I will use them again in the future.

We belong to NiPSCo ESP service. They were referred out due to coverage under our plan. The call to NiPSCo was placed Saturday morning and POPA called to schedule appointment 45 mins. later. The tech arrived before 10:30. He was very polite and cordial. He diagnosed the problem as a faulty blower motor. He chased several electrical problems. He changed out a bad blower motor covered by our plan. He made sure everything he did was covered under our plan. It took him several hours to find the initial problem because so many existed. He left our home around 2:30 and made sure everything as running correctly. He even set up a default switch so if the door to the back of the furnace was opened while running nobody would get injured. I would refer this company to anyone looking for HVAC repair.

I can't begin to say how nice they were by phone and e-mail. They answered all questions promptly and courteously. The technician was nice as could be, so we knew we were in good hands. The new unit was installed well, and works like a charm. Two follow-up questions didn't get the same great attention as earlier, but these are minor issues. Overall, we were glad we used this service.

POPA SHEET METAL IS AN ALL PURPOSE COMPANY. WE HAD THEM INSTALL OUR AC UNIT A LONG TIME AGO, AND THEY'VE MAINTAINED IT EVER SINCE. THEY ALWAYS DO AN EXTREMELY GOOD JOB.
