Description of Work: Re-Roof Tearoff; Re-siding Vinyl over existing old siding; new aluminum gutters & downspouts. This project was for my Dad's house in Homewood.

Description of Work: Replaced two kitchen doors (one wooden, and one security door). They removed all of the old door frame, and replaced everything. The guys who did the job were very friendly, and did a great job replacing both doors and cleaning up when they were done.

Description of Work: Insulation & windows were performed. Everyone involved in the process were professional & congenial with their duties. All the work met with my satisfaction. Some people thought I paid too much for the windows but I thought I got a quality product.

Description of Work: Kraz representative went door-to-door to promote their services. We needed to get estimates for a new roof. They talked us into an insulation "deal" that was going on at the time. We had to commit to the "deal" that day, or it would cost us full price. Although initially we agreed to the insulation, we later changed our minds due to the fact that we hadn't got other estimates. When my husband contacted them by phone, the representative was rude to my husband stating that it was a "good " deal. We cancelled the service and our deposit was returned.

Description of Work: The man that came out to give us our free estimate was an older man. He asked us if we were going to finance or pay cash. He then asked us a most inappropriate question..He wanted to know if we had saved up for our home improvement needs or had recently come into money! This was absolutely none of his business!! He eventually quoted us an outrageous price for the work that we wanted to have done... When I told him that we were going to have another company come and give us an estimate he wanted to know who the company was!! I told him that it was confidential and I wasn't telling him.. His whole demeanor changed, he got snippy and even offered to tell us that company XXX if it was company XXX that was coming out had some awful stories but, that he wouldn't share them.. BAD, BAD business ethic to bad mouth another business... He then called his "boss" or whomever it was and guess what, By magic the price quote had 6 thousand dollars shaved off!!! We are not ignorant people and there was no way and never will be a way that we'll do business with this company.. WE too were initially told that in order to get this 'special' deal that we had to sign that day! After we got him out of our home and gave him back his samples he told my husband that we had until the end of the month to sign on the dotted line...NOT GONNA HAPPEN...If you want to be strong armed to buy, call these folks for a free estimate!

Description of Work: We have many maple trees in out neighborhood, thus every spring we have tons of whirly bird with make trees growing in our gutters and of course tons of leaves. Kraz put in gutter liners which prevent the trees from growing and also makes it possible that we don't have to clean the gutters twice or more a year. They were very professional and quick it definately made a difference.

Description of Work: They put in a 3light slider picture window. The foreman was a bully and seemed put out when I asked him a question regarding my window being wrapped in aluminum on the outside. He said "We quoted that price to you...so we will do it." I come to realize that many window places just do that automatically. Kraz charged me extra. I feel taken advantage of by a company that states "We are not that type of company that exploits its customers." BULL. I have the right mind to have the other company M&M take out the window and put in there own. I will never do business with KRAZ again.
