1) Told Scott, the owner of Apex, of my problem. I have a window too close to a basketball hoop. 2) He came up with a few options. 3) Once we selected an option, he continued to work to fine tune our needs and cost. 4) We decided to cover the window with a cast iron grate. This would completely protect the window and look good on the house. 5) Cost was very reasonable and adjustments were made so as the window could still be opened. 6) Scott told me the time it would take to complete the grate. It was finished on time. 7) The crew installed the window grate as scheduled. 8) The work was done professionally, timely and neatly. 9) The gate is completely protective of the window and looks great on our home. 10) A great job! Note: I have used APEX for other projects, including my home rental business. In every scenario, Scott and his crew have been able to complete the project timely, neatly, attractively and at a fair price. They always say, they can do that!!!! (See other reports)

My experience with Apex was excellent. We had purchased a new home after being flooded out of our previous home. Given the situation, funds were limited and we were looking to update the home to fit our needs without doing a total renovation. We worked with existing design and layout, yet any change I was looking to make was able to be met by Apex. If materials were no longer available or the manufacturer was not known, Apex would professionally make and match the items. They arrived on time. The work was high quality and was finished efficiently with no mess left behind. They were always within budget and time lines at no expense to the quality of work.

We have been clients of Apex since 1993 when they did a complete bathroom remodel, rehired them to replace patio doors, all the windows in our home, built-in cabinetwork and crown moulding in our family room, replace exterior soffit and fascia, roof, rebuild a chimney, another bathroom, wood flooring, and most recently remodel of our kitchen. Our experience has been positive in every aspect. Apex always leaves the workspace clean and tidy at the end of their workday. Their employees are very courteous and easy to work with and the project manager insures everything is going well and your are satisfied. They absolutely guarantee their work. Their response time is remarkable should you have any questions before, during or AFTER your project is completed. The most recent project (kitchen remodel) was done to perfection. Tom's attention to detail and carpentry skills left my husband in awe. When I made a bad design choice, they returned to correct my mistake and made sure I was happy. The owner goes the "extra mile" when it comes to customer service and reliability. His suggestions actually saved me money. I highly recommend Apex to everyone who asks for a referral.

The gentleman was really thorough, but his quote was higher than anyone else that I got estimate from. He was better than the other people in terms of making sure that we had everything that we needed.

We have found Apex to be an extremely professional company, with a knowledgeable staff and expert craftsmen. In every phase of our projects, from initial contact through design and construction to final billing, we have been very pleased. Apex's on-site workmen are always polite, respectful, and considerate of us, and they go to great lengths to maintain a clean environment as much as is possible during the actual construction phase. Their quality of work is best in the business. On a few occassions, after the project has started, we have asked for a change order of some type. Apex has always been very accomendating, and quick to estimate and incorporate the change into the work. We 100% recommend Apex to our friends, and to any others who might be contemplating a home renovation project.

They did a full basement job for a 1400 sq ft remodel. They were good to work with but not as detail oriented as I would have liked. They were very cost effective and did a good job overall. carp, cabinet, carpet, down studs.

They have done an excellent job. They are always timely and they always address any type of problem that comes up. I am very pleased with them.

This company is reliablle and professional. They perform good work in a reasonable time frame. Show up on time cleaned up and stands behind their work. I have used them previously and was satisfied.

I never had windows that I could open and get cross ventilation but they did it. They did a wonderful job and did beautiful finishes. I had one little problem with the Pella Windows but they got Pella right out to fix the problem. The price is high but they are worth it and I would go back to them again.

We have been extremely happy with our deck. They gave us some new ideas to consider from what we were originally looking at with the deck skirting. In the end we went with their idea and were glad we did. They were also willing to listen to our design ideas and give us any input that we may have not considered.

Everything turned out really well. I did not compare prices, so I cannot rate that, but they did a great job. I had a number of questions and they were very good about taking their time to answer my questions. They made sure I was comfortable with the product before they ordered the windows, which I appreciated. I would highly recommend them.

THEY ARRIVED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THE PRICE THEY QUOTED ME WAS JUST AS THEY SAID IT WOULD BE. THE SERVICE WAS GOOD. THEY WERE POLITE AND COURTEOUS.

THEY INSTALLED THE WRONG DOOR. THEY REPAIRED THE PROBLEM WITHIN TWENTY FOUR HOURS. THEY WERE PROMPT. THE COMPANY WAS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL.
