Description of Work: The insulation around the vent pipe created a leak. It was repaired and pictures of the work were given. I would hire again. We had them return to repair a similar problem on another part of the roof. They were very busy but ultimately came on a Sunday to help us.

Description of Work: Hugo Sanchez is professional, friendly, and customer oriented. He did a full roof review with pictures of any potential problems before giving a free estimate and his honest recommendations for needed repairs. The company did a great job with my Fascia roof repair. Yes, I highly recommend this company and I would reach out to them again in the future too!

Description of Work: Full flat roof repair and tuck pointing. All repairs were done in the timeline provided. Would definitely recommend them to friends or family!

Description of Work: I used a big deal from Angie's to have my roof inspected by Sanchez. The guy showed up relatively on time (a little late), and was very pleasant and thorough in my discussions with him. He checked the roof, fixed what he could while he was there, and said the remainder of the small issues would be done in follow-up repairs. We also discussed some bigger repairs that were outside the scope of the deal, and he said he would follow-up with a quote and potential scheduling for those items, never heard back on the larger items. I gave him some possible times for the small repairs, and he left, saying they would get back to confirm. Without calling, the follow-up repairmen for the small items showed up on one of those days and got on our roof, scaring my wife. Not the greatest experience.

Description of Work: They tarped off our roof quickly and advised us to submit to insurance due to wind damage. Our insurance covered new roof. We got quotes but Sanchez was the easiest to work with and offered best price.

Description of Work: Mr. Sanchez came over alone, looked at roof-leak areas inside the house, then went up on the roof. When he came down, he showed me quite a few pictures he had taken of problem areas. He said he would send me an estimate, hook me up with someone who could take care of the chimney problem, and send his workers over to do the maintenance that was included in the $149 "special". He then stressed that he DID NOT guarantee his work except for a complete new roof installation which I didn't need! The next time I heard from him was an April 5th email asking me to call to set up an appointment to complete the "special". By that time I didn't want to have anything to do with them as I would not be able to tell if they actually did anything or not! Definitely would not recommend.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal here on Angie's List for a roof inspection and minor repair work. Hugo took pictures and went into good detail about the condition of my roof. I needed a vent replaced for the kitchen stove hood, which happened to be where a leak was coming through. Hugo and his team replaced the vent and some other shingles all included in the price of the deal. If I need future work, I will definitely contact Hugo again as he was responsive to what I needed and did not try to upsell me on something I did not. Nice work!

Description of Work: Excellent customer service, They are all really good people. They make sure your being provided the best service. They do excellent work. They did siding and put up a new roof, They are very detailed and precise. They still have ongoing work being done but they are great.

Description of Work: The quality and skills of the contractor service was good. He is a very experienced professional. However, I had a terrible time making an appointment with him. I had related my preferred time slots online and with the answering service agent twice. I did not hear anything back from the contractor until the early morning on my preferred time slot. Fortunately that time slot had not been booked by anything else.

Description of Work: Spent tons of time supposedly to remedy two small leaks. I then had drywall repaired but leaks were not fixed

Description of Work: wanted to tear off total roof shingles when there was only one single layer. Gave me a price for a complete tear off and new roof. When I asked what the price would be for the second layer to be put on top of existing roof and no tear out I was told that he did not know the price for the roof only and would call me back the next day. never called back. Got a different roofer out and was told that we did not need a complete new roof only repairs on flashing around chimney.
