He showed up late and sat in his car and never got out.

Owner did not want to inspect roof and give estimate. Told me to get another roofer if I wanted estimate. He finally agreed to go on the roof & gave very high estimate. I found him to be unprofessional and did not contract the job with him. Got a good roofer for much less money with a detailed estimate.

They responded right away. An appt. was set for 2 days later for an estimate. It was raining on that date and a new appointment was to be set. After waiting a week to hear from estimator, I called and asked when he was going to set up a new appointment. He never gave me a date. When I called the office no one answered the phone. I just gave up. It seems that most roofing companies don't want to be bothered with small repairs. After reading their reviews, I thought this company was different. I am not so sure.

I cannot imagine how it could have gone better. From the thoroughness of the original estimator, Marcial, to the promptness and professionalism of the roofers everything went very well. The roofers stayed past the time they had estimated to make sure the job was done right. The price was lower than a competing estimate. Big thumbs-up!

It went very well. They came out and helped me put a claim through to insurance company. They met the insurance appraiser when they came out to access the roof and after the insurance company decided I had a claim Sanchez tore off and gave me a new roof on the house and garage. They were professional, on time, and completed the job in 2 1/2 days. They cleaned up. They went over and beyond and installed 2 new skylights to my house too.

The crew went out of their way and went above and beyond to give us an exceptional new roof!! To tell you how conscientious these men were - we had packages delivered to our home when they were working and they knew we were not home, so they took the packages and put them on out back porch so they’d be safe! Their responsiveness and professionalism stands out to me. He always returns a call pretty promptly, and if not, always explains why. He responds that day, and if it's not the following day, he's very apologetic. I have never met anyone more professional than him. He is very polite about entering your home because his feet are dirty, and your house is very clean. He addresses me as "Miss" which you don' t hear very often. He is just extremely polite and professional.

Excellent. Mr. Sanchez is a very good worker. Work was well done. Mr. Sanchez is in great demand so it takes awhile to schedule the work. Well worth the wait.

Mr. Sanchez was prompt in responding to our initial call. He was able to come immediately and look at our roof. He provided pictures of the old, worn out roof as well as a detailed estimate for his work. Despite less than favorable weather conditions in late November/early December he began and completed the work in a timely manner exactly as he said he would. He provided pictures of the new roof showing his high quality workmanship. He used quality materials for the replacement roof and recommended a different type of roofing material for a section of the roof that had only a slight pitch. He responded to our email questions right away so we always knew what was happening with the job. The job billed at exactly what he estimated. We were very happy with his work.

It went very well. Hugo Sanchez was very timely with arriving at my home. Upon his inspection of my roof, he provided pics of the areas that needed attention, and within a week the work was completed to satisfaction. Very happy with the service he provided and will definitely keep him in mind for any future work to be performed on my home.

Outstanding. There was one day that we planned on his crew being there. But a previous job prevented them making it. HE CAME OUT on a SUNDAY to make up for that.

Owner showed up late and did not check for inside leaks which was included in price. Owner showed us the minor repairs that needed to be done but did not email before repair and after repair pictures. When repairmen came they showed up late and did not let us know work was completed and did not show us what had been done. On two occasions we asked for before and after pictures but never received them. The pictures were part of the price and I would like to have them. Also, owner said he would give us a summary report on other repairs that he recommended and a place to go to but we never received it. As of date, we do not know what, if any work was actually performed because we were never showed pictures of the completed work.

Excellent work by Jose and his crew! They took photos of the roof before and after (we were out of town) and kept us informed throughout the job. Jose answered all of our questions from beginning to end. Jose also did a final inspection, and when something wasn't perfect, he fixed it without even asking. We recommend them without hesitation!

Because of the weather, the job took place over several months. The mild winter enabled them to do much of the roof work during months that usually would have been much more severe. The workers arrived around 8AM on the days that the weather allowed. The men were very polite and very focused on the work. When Mr. Sanchez was not physically on the job, he was frequently in contact by phone to see how the work was going (and called us often to ask about how the work was going). However, the workers knew what had to be done and moved from task to task. We were always provided with photos of the work on the roof as it progressed. They used top quality materials on everything. Some of the repair work involved troubleshooting and fixing water that had been leaking around the dormer windows. Mr. Sanchez or a supervisor came out several times on terribly bad days to see the rain issues and determine the best resolution. From start to finish everything was done professionally and the finished work was beautiful.
