Great job done for a reasonable price! Hugo Sanchez is very professional, honest, and friendly. In the initial visit, Mr. Sanchez did a walk around on the roof for any potential problems. Since he took pictures of the roof, he was able to show me the section that needed repair so he explained all the work needed and estimated cost. I took advantage of Angie's list special offer that listed Sanchez Roofing & Construction for a $49 Roof Tune-Up. I was very pleased with their company's initial consultation and finished work for the Fascia repair on my roof. There were no unexpected extra fees at the end, I paid the estimated cost originally quoted. I definitely would recommend them and also use them again in the future because of the great customer service received!

aI called them to inspect my roof before I upgraded my attic insulation. Hugo found a lot of roof, gutters and other damage from a July 2015 hail storm. I filed a claim with my insurance. When the adjuster came out, Hugo Sanchez came out to go up on the roof with him and also point out the damage that he discovered. I feel that he was helpful in my receiving a fair settlement. Prior to the adjuster coming out, Hugo made a few trips to assess the damage. This required him to come out in the evening when he was able to more easily find damage by shining light on the gutters, awnings, trim and doors. This review is mainly for the inspection, for which I used the Angieslist coupon. I will submit another review of the repair work when it is completed.

We had Sanchez Roofing come out twice. The first was for an inspection after some water stains were on our ceiling. Hugo and his team came out and evaluated the roof (which was in pretty bad shape), took pictures on a tablet and showed them to me. One of our ridges was completely devoid of shingles and the flashing around an exhaust vent was pulling away among other things. The second visit was to repair the two things mentioned above. The work was done well and all debris was cleaned up and taken away. No complaints at all and I would definitely go back to them for future work.

He gave me a verbal evaluation and said that he was going to email me an evaluation with an estimate for a roof. He said I could use another roof but I haven't received anything from him yet. It was good and I have no complaints. I gave him a B because he didn't send me the estimate.

The roofer did an excellent job of performing some much needed work on my roof-he went above and beyond to make sure to explain all details and showed me photos of all that he did and made recommendations for future repairs. I felt that he was honest and did not try to sell me services. I will highly recommend his company to clients and friends in the housing industry that I work in.

They arrived on time about 8:30 a.m. They moved things like my grill and flower pots and covered other areas with tarps so my property would not get damaged. Everyone went straight to work and were very courteous and very hard working. The old roofing material was removed, about 10 sheets of plywood needed to be replaced. Installed ice and water protection and synthetic underlayment to entire roof. Installed ridge vent and new chimney flashing and all new architectural shingles with scotchgaurd. They worked until dark and then clean up the area before they went home, and also moved the trailer that they were using as a dumpster, so we could park our cars in the garage at night. The next day they were here early, and finished the roof and at the last minute we asked if they could put a new roof on our shed, and they said sure! They finished up around 2 p.m. I am totally impressed with this company they did a great job!

I need to have one of those old antenna's and 2 dishes removed from my roof. After reading reviews, I decided to contact Sanchez Roofing and Construction. I'm so glad I did. Highly recommended

My neighbor came over to meet them and already has said she will contact them the next time she needs roof work. The price was exactly in line with the original estimate and there were no surprises. Also, the new skylight is more beautiful than I imagined and, of course, no longer leaks.

He was willing to give me a credit because I already had the shingles in my garage to do the work, extremely polite, very fast. He was here within a day and then completed work within a day. I am going to give his business to my neighbors that need his services. I was so happy with him.

Marcial met with my husband for the estimate. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The men arrived at about 8:00 am and worked until after 6:00 pm. They had to replace all of the wood panels on the house and some of the wood on the garage. They also had to replace the furnace pipe and enclose it and vent the kitchen and bath exhausts. They had the work done in 2 days with just a few finishing things that were done on the third day. We are pleased with the entire process. They were done fast and did a wonderful job.

They were very informative and kept me up to date regarding everything. Very friendly and easy to work with. Roof looks great and they kept my yard free of debris. They were on schedule and completed work in the time frame they gave. I would do business with them again in the future.

Mr. Sanchez was professional, courteous, and prompt. From our discussion, he is very knowledgeable of flat roofs and the requirements around resolving my issue. I had several estimates for this work and Sanchez roofing was the most expensive out of all 5 contractors. That is not to say that he doesn?t provide the value for the work performed justifying his cost nonetheless. In my specific instance I have a budget that will not accommodate his asking price. I normally would attempt to negotiate however the variance between my asking and his quote was too large to reasonably expect a middle ground. I would probably give his company a try I were able to meet his asking price.

Hugo was wonderful. He came out promptly even though we had a lot of snow on the ground. He advised me there was a more cost effective way to make the repair even though it meant we didn't need his services. We referred him to a friend who had a major roof emergency and she was very impressed and pleased with his work and promptness. Will definitely use Sanchez Roofing for our next project.

Well provider couldn't find my house bc GPS took him somewhere else that was funny and after estimate for new roof was way too expensive so this one is for people with very deep pockets.

I had called for an estimate in May.I was contacted within hours.The next day I met with a nice,friendly,very professional gentleman named Marcell. I decided to go with their estimate because it was the cheapest out of 15.The crew showed up June 5th and finished on June 7th. The crew was though,extremely hard workin,and did a GREAT job of cleaning up. I would recommend them to everyone.I know I`m a customer for life.

bid process Hugo Sanchez (company owner) showed up on time for the bid. He went onto the roof and brought down pictures, showing me what work needed to be done. He gave me a bid, and explained that he couldn't tell whether the wood under the roof was damaged, and if it was, there'd be an additional charge for the wood. He said he'd also fix some cracks in a small flat roof in back of house, and would clean out the gutters. I'd had an earlier bid, so I knew that his offer was fair. I told him I'd need to think about it. He left me information re his company and the bid and did not call to try rush me into a decision. About a week later I called him to tell him I'd like to hire him. He came over and brought me his insurance info and his local license. I paid him 1/2 of the total fee. Actual work Hugo's team showed up on time (7:30 am), protected my house from falling debris. They worked fast and hard, I never saw one of them relaxing and they didn't take lunch til 2! Oh, and as a bonus, Hugo brought ME lunch too. They cleaned the yard at the end of each day and worked til after dark. The job took 2 and 1/2 days. When Hugo came to check out the final result, he decided that the yard and garage weren't clean enough and sent a few of his workers back to clean up. Actually, I told him, the garage and yard were cleaner than before he started work. Also, on that last visit, he checked on the flat roof work that was supposed to have been done. His workers had forgotten, so he ran out to Menards and bought whatever products he needed and did the job on the spot. All in All - great work, attention to detail and fair price. I would absolutely recommend him to others and would use him again.
