Description of Work: They performed a roof touch up. They were on time, professional, took pictures while he was up on my roof and showed me the pictures and explained what work would be needed in the future; while he worked to touch up the roof.

Description of Work: Mr. Sanchez showed up on time. He inspected the roof and made minor repairs. He photographed the roof and explained additional work that needed to be done. We've had no problems with the leak he repaired.

Description of Work: The service provider was timely, came out and went on the roof, provided me with an estimate and pictures and claims he provided the services listed on the offer. I was not able to verify this as he was on the roof for a short time, and I was unable to see what he was doing. I have attached his response to my last communication with him. I do not feel that the services provided were worth $225. The estimate was also too high so I contracted with another roofing company. | |hi! Mr. Arias yes I did a roof inspection and also roof maintenance following the roof maintenance package from $225.00 unfortunately I did not have picture from before and after the roof maintenance,after my visible inspection I did seal exposed nail by the garage ridge cap shingles close by the valley,apply some clear caulking by the chimney area,apply caulking by the skylight flashing,also I found some nails by the back north side side was underdriven,need to re nail and apply some caulking,inspect every aluminum vent and seal all nails exposed,the 2 rubber boots by the back side needs some caulking also. if your not satisfied with my service,I apologies,you can call to Angiest list and they will help you,if they accept to refund your money , I will be okay with their decision.

Description of Work: They tore off and replaced roof, fascia and gutters. Workers showed up on time each day and worked late. Area was thoroughly cleaned up each day before they left. Very responsive to phone calls/questions.

Description of Work: They were very good, got right to the job and worked till the were done. They cleaned up everything very well and even painted a small piece of wood they had to replace. Fair price with great work on a very hot day! They were recommended by two friends, and I would hire them again. A very good experience.
