The whole process from reps meeting at my house, roof inspection, and presentation and explanation of roofing process was fantastic!! Mitch and Rich were thorough in explaining all that was needed to be done, and explained about products and materials that were not needed. On roof install day, the roofing crew arrived promptly, and began site prep setup. John and Douglas were there also to explain sequencing of the project. The whole project went quickly and was professionally executed. And full cleanup of any and all the tiny debris that the winds blew across the yard were all picked up. You couldn’t tell that work was done here, the yard was made clean. “But look up!! There’s a new roof!!! When did that happen?” I will have these guys come back for a couple more projects. A fantastic company and team to employ!!!

The crew leader , Nick Thompson , walked me through the plan for today and kept me updated from start to finish . The whole team was hard working, pleasant and professional . They cleaned up all the debris very nicely . I’m so happy with the roof - it looks great!

Description of Work: Rogers did a complete tear off and installed new roof shingles. Although their price was higher than some other companies, we decided to hire them because of their responsive assistance, professionalism, contract details and the thorough manner in which they provided assistance. The services have been great. The advisers were attentive to details which we cannot say about other roofers who gave us estimates.

Mr. [removed member name], I have looked up the information in our computers and do not see that you ever called Rogers Roofing. Could it possibly be under another address? I don't know exactly what may have happen but if you could call the office we would gladly send someone out to give you an estimate. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. When a customer calls we schedule an appointment for a estimator while we have the customer on the telephone. Please accept our apology if there was a mistake made on our part but as I stated I did not have any information regarding your call to the office.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB ON THE ROOF. THEY HAULED AWAY ALL THE DEBRIS. THEY WORKED EFFICIENTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. I WAS HAPPY WITH THEM AND THEIR WORK.
