They were very professional,came out and got done when they said they would, clean up everything they were great I would recommend Rogers roofing and have .

Rogers Roofing was pretty good that time. Subsequently, when I called to get some quote for some other things, the same slaesman came out and came by one time but he never returned my call, never called me back or anything so I just left it at that, I didn't call him back. They do roofing, sidings and gutters. They've got good reputation and they did a good job on my roof. They came in here, did it all in one day and it was really quick. I haven't had any problem.s I did have to call them back out for a little problem on the drip flushing that they put on the sides so when it rains it was coming off. They did a good job as far as the workmanship and the materials. I won;t use them again because of the experience with the other guy when I called them out. Twice he did that to me. Their price is pretty fair. The workers were professional, as far as the salesman that's not really professional.

They called the night before said they would be in here the morning to start. 7:00 AMstarted the tear off, by 2:00 PM were done. Cleaned up beautiful, never would have known that a new roof was installed.

We did not end up using them. Overall, our experience with them was good. We are actually doing it this year and we are using another company.

I called Rogers roofing and Jon , the project consultant, came, went on my roof and took pictures of the damaged parts. The other roofers did not do this for me. Then we met again with the roofing papers detailing all the services that my roof would need plus he showed me the pictures of the damaged shingles and damage on the northeast corner of my house. My son and I asked a lot of questions which were answered courteously by Jon. The roofing guys came and worked diligently from 9:30 until 3:30 approximately. In particular, the roofers repaired the damage on the northeast corner of my house. They cleaned up thoroughly around my house when they were done. The crew that put up my roof was very courteous and answered all my questions as well. Jon came during the roofing service and consulted with the roofing crew about this defective shingles in order to expedite my claim with the shingle company. They also put in a ridge vent so that my new roof has better ventilation so gives the roof a more clean look. In fact, my roof matched the color of the other homes in my subdivision. They also added extenders to the rain gutters to avoid future damage on the northeast corner of my house. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the services of Rogers Roofing.

They did a really good job and we were very satisfied with them. They gave the highest estimate and were expensive, but we had more faith in them. They seemed to really know what they were talking about. The salesman who came out was extremely helpful and took a lot of time with us. He brought us samples of roofing, and he was very patient. It took us a while to make up our mind. We were really confused about the colors, but he was great. He spent all the time we needed. It was a very large job since we have a large ranch. With regards to the price, they were the highest, but they did a good job; so the price was probably fair. We were totally happy with everything else.

They did great job. They did such a great job, that after they were finished you couldn't tell any one was here. He did a thorough inspection before giving me an estimate. He detailed every part of the replacement and explained why it was necessary.

1/3 more than the nearest competitor - It looks like they do good from what we've seen locally - and it should be for the price. It was just out of range for us. Went with a less expensive quote and we're happy with that.

A representative from Rogers came out to estimate my flat roof. He provided standard options other companies provided along with another product no one else was offering named Lucas. Based on research I decided it was the best option for me. The work was done in a timley and professional manner. The quality of work was excellent; and the follow up was prompt. Upon completion of the job , Rogers had some unused Lucas product that they actually CREDITED back to me...that is un-heard of. Qualityu professionalism and integrity...excellent combination....

They were okay. I have had several roof works done by several companies, none of them really impressed me because they never come when they are supposed and they don't finish when they are supposed to. These people were not terrible at all, but it is annoying when you have to chase people. Their price was fair. I might use them again in the future too.

They have a great salesman. He’s a very good salesman and he takes a lot of time. He not only went up the roof but he went up in our attic also to see if there was any kind of problem. They gave us references, that we went and checked out. We needed some chimney work and they provided their own man to do that through a different company. They handled all that well and it was a very good experience. We also had a defective old roof and this gentleman knew about that. He submitted a claim for us to the old roofing manufacturer because there was a cross action suit brought against them for this defective roofing. So he submitted that for us. They were very professional and very knowledgeable. The workers worked very hard when they came. They completed the job in two days and it was just a very good experience. I would use their services again in the future.

He was very professional and very on time. It was a reasonable price. It was a good experience. He would be the first one we called if we needed additional work.

Ed Rogers came and gave us a good bid for second and third-floor roof work; we coordinated his work with some parapet and chimney brick repairs by another. The silvering was thin but OK, except they dropped one chimney cap, did not flash the new chimney brick, and had no idea how to reinstall the ice-melting cables. The gutter replacement and Hardee board installation were disasters - water from the next rain poured into the second floor hall and one bedroom -- the Hardee board had not been sealed properly nor tied into the roofing felts. We called and Ed came promptly to inspect the problems - after some delay the "A" crew came and repaired all the improper installation, tho without caulking the nail holes in the Hardee board nor the joints among the boards, nor setting the eve heating cables correctly, nor flashing the chimneys. There were no further leaks and we paid for a different contractor to come and repair the interior water damage and repaint, deducting that from Ed's bill. Ed promised to return to completely replace the Hardee board and the gutter, which I'm not sure is a good idea, but he has neither called to come back nor asked payment of the balance from the original estimate. We're letting that lie, for now.

The salesman from RR was very helpful and detailed in what should get done and the different types of options. Very impressed with his knowledge and company's performance. Salesman told us that it would be a two day job for the roof. Neglected to mention that that other parts of the job would take additional time. Although company based out of Hammond, I (incorrectly) assumed they had a Chicago branch since had a 773 number and the salesman said he was coming from "the southside". Turns out everyone works out of Hammond, and since we live on the far North side of the city, meant could only spend 4-5/day working. The guys who did the roof were very professional and did the job quickly. Unfortunately, communication between the various "teams" or the overall foreman didn't exist well. We were never informed when the next group would be out, and the guys who did the fascia didn't do a great job of cleaning up. A job that we thought would take 2-3 days took a week and a half total due to rain and scheduling. Still, very happy overall with the work done and their guarantees and warranties make me feel like it was an overall worthwhile purchase. Most of the people we dealt with were curtious and helpful, although if I had realized how far away they were coming from I might have looked for a more local company.

Excellent work all the way down the line. They show up on time and cleaned up when finished.

They were really good. I feel like the estimate was fair. I had waterproofing added to my gutters which is about $1000. After that was added they were at or below other estimates that I had received. I would use them again.

They cut a hole in the roof and put in a vent that allowed rain to get in. They said they would come out and put a different kind of cap on it, which they did, but they failed to put caulking under the cap, so when it rained it leaked again. They came back a second time and put caulking under it, which finally fixed a problem. We were not too happy with them.

This is an excellent company. They are reliable and honest. They clean up all areas fantastically. They are very pleasant to work with. They are hard workers and don't mess around.

Everything went as promised. They performed all work in a timely manner. I also was pleased with the clean up around the property. They also brought me samples of shingles to consider and ponder over as long as I needed to.

They did a great job and they were very good to me. I was very satisfied and didn't have any complaints. I have recommended them already and will continue to do so.

Salesman was very helpful and worked around my schedule. Some damage was done to our asphalt driveway by the dumpster. The salesman came to collect the money, took some photos and said someone from the company would be in touch with me to see if there was anything they could do. We agreed at that time that 1/2 of the remaining funds would be held until we heard back from the company. The production manager called the next day and left a very rude and unprofessional message about us "sticking the company with the bill." I responded with a certified letter containing the final payment and expressing my disappointment with his attitude towards us after an agreement was made with the salesman. Have not heard anything else from the company, but the check has cleared. Also there was a coupon for a % off for Angie's List members that was never applied to my bill, even after it was brought to their attention. All problems have been resolved.

This was one of the most punctual and responsive companies I have ever used. They have an online site where you can put in your request and someone will get back to you. I did this and John the owner got back to me that day. They came right out, estimated the job to our satisfaction and began work that Wednesday. The quality of my roof is perfect and they cleaned up as if no one actually came out in the first place.

ROGER'S ROOFING AND CONSTRUCTION DID AN ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL JOB ON OUR ROOF. THERE WASN'T A SINGLE NAIL LEFT IN THE YARD BECAUSE THEY USED ONE OF THOSE BIG ROLLER MAGNETS TO PICK THEM UP.

I TALKED TO THEM IN MARCH, AND TWO WEEKS LATER THEY HAD STARTED ON MY ROOF. THEY QUOTED ME ONE PRICE AND TOLD ME IT MIGHT BE MORE IF THE SUB ROOFING WAS BAD. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS FAIR UNTIL I SPOKE TO OTHERS. THEY DID DO A GOOD JOB.
