Description of Work: Pressure washed, prepped, and repainted soffits, fascia's, gutters(upper&lower) on house. Removed and replaced 1 fascia board. Whole house was pressured washed. Mildew removed with bleaching solution to kill mold spores. House was inspected for missing caulk and re-caulked where needed. Loose paint was scraped, protruding nails reset and2 coats of paint applied.

Description of Work: Custom Color painted the outside of our house. When weather finally cooperated they power washed the whole house one day, scraped, sanded and repaired on another day and painted the house with two coats of paint in one day. The workers were all polite, professional and true to the times they established for each work day. They covered all windows and doors and removed and rep;aced any downspouts etc so no paint would get on them. Would use them again. Way better than the painting company we used the last time our house was painted.
