Their service is great. They were very professional and they knew what they were doing. They were very nice and personable. I am about to call them again for some other stuff.

It went real good. They came the same day when I called. The serviceman was friendly and explained us everything how he was doing and he was careful to go up in our attic and all others. I would use them again in the future.

This is the second time I've used them and they are excellent. I highly recommend them -- they are prompt, responsive, and professional.

The experience went very well. The staff was excellent and they did an excellent job.

It went fine, the tech came out and cleaned out the outside unit and checked some items inside the home. We have a big home and the top floor bedrooms facing West did not seem to be getting enough air conditioning running through them. The tech explained that we probably need an additional or bigger unit to cool all three floors suffiently. Out AC was running perfectly after he cleaned out the outside unit and he was done within a half hour.

Everything Meyers Heating & Air Conditioning did was excellent. I liked their professionalism and I loved that they explained everything they were doing.

I am very pleased with them because I had an emergency last night and I called them early this morning. They fit me in so they were very accommodating. The lady, Robin, that I spoke on the phone with kept calling me back to keep me posted on where the serviceman was and his ETA; I was just happy. The technician, Phil, they sent out was very professional; he fixed what was wrong and did not use any parts so he did not charge me for any. What I thought was a really big job turned out to be very small that he could fix. I was really happy about that because I did not have the money today; it worked out. He charged me $100 for a service call but I was afraid I needed a new motor. He could have told me I needed one but he did not. I thought $100 was reasonable for him to come out, especially since he re-connected my system right. I feared that I was going to have to spend hundreds of dollars for a new motor so I was thrilled that I did not have to pay a lot. They came before they were scheduled to come and I am going to call them again for spring air conditioner service.

The work was excellent. I happen to know alot about pipe work. This serviceman really knew what he was doing. I was very satisfied with the work done. All was done in a very professional way. Thanks to the serviceman who did the work and Meyers for getting it done before Thankgiving.

The work was fine but the billing process was a bit of a hassle.

The Project went very well. I was very happy.The The Service Tech Mike was great. Very organized and detailed. Will be calling them back real soon when remodel project gets to the "Electrical Service" stage.

Overall, the service was great and I could not have asked for better. He was very professional and the work was completed in a timely manner.

The technician was prompt and courteous and did not hesitate to answer any questions about the install. The whole job was completed in about half a day, with all work areas left clean. I would definitely recommend them to others.

They were prompt and seemed to do a good job. Their price seems high for putting in a filter for a humidifier but they are probably the same as everybody else.

He bend the water heater as he was installing it. I stopped him and asked him why he was installing a damaged water heater. He tried to assure me that there was nothing wrong with it and it would still work well, but admitted that he dented it while he was pulling it off the truck. I had to call the manager and they did give me a discount for the damage.

We were very satisfied. They were prompt and the price was right. He was also very tighty.

I would recommend them on the basis of their pricing being fair with the estimate. The employee who comes out is very good at what he does and performs the work. The concern which I had was that since I newly moved into my house and have home warranty I noticed that most of the independent businesses do not like working with home warranties. I try and talk to the employee who comes out about not walking away since I have home warranty but he seems to be in a bad mood all the time which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. The whole time he is at my place he seems to be in a bad mood and this has been happening on a consistent basis. I would not use them again in the future.

We have nothing to complain about. They stay close to what we were quoted. They had to do a couple of extra things that they didn't charge us for.
