Called main office the lady was very rude and cursing then hung up the phone. Roto rooter is the scummiest company I have ever used. If you want to get screwed over by a big name use Roto rooter. Never again."

"Ramos Tree service did a fabulous ? job. His prices were reasonable. They cleaned up after themselves and came back the next day as promised to remove the stump. The only thing I didn't like is we agreed on the work being done at 3 pm, and they showed up at 8 am.I had to leave them at my home because I had something else to do. Other than that, they were fantastic, and I will use again and / or recommend them."

He told me to let him know if some were left and he would come back for it. I tipped him an extra $50 for how fast he was and that he just showed up when we started looking. A couple of weeks later, I let him know some was left. Got a short okay I will come back soon. 2 weeks went by and then I reached out again asking if he knew when about he would be back. No more responding back to me. This was 2 months ago and we are now having to find a way to finish the removal ourselves after paying $550."
