I like their service. They are always respectful and arrive on time. Before they come they always call and I have never had a problem.

I would definitely call this company again.

I would highly rate him. I was scared of getting sewers from the neighbors jog. He actually charged me nothing. He actually gave me tips, looked around and cost me absolutely nothing. He checked everything and told me that I didn't even need it at that time. He told me different ways that I could check myself because I was so fussing over about that type of thing. He told me what the ants do and the services they could give but due to rain I would not get that. The way he explained was very nice and he was on time.

Their first service was free for mice and then on it depends on what service they do. They put pesticide inside the units and check for activity. They are kind of expensive and they are diligent about resetting appointments. They care about getting the service done. I would use them in the future.

Very knowledgeable about the problem. No problems since the treatment and no pressure to purchase a " plan"

They are really very good and are pretty reputable. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

I didn't really experience anything negative. They came and did what they had to do. They did a decent job under the circumstances. Friendly professional, when I call the office they answered my questions very properly.

They sprayed for probably about a year every month. They were excellent. They were very prompt and they were always here at the time that they said they would be here. They would call and set up an appointment. They were very good.

They are great and we like them a lot. It kind of depends on who comes out but they really have a couple of guys who are really great and then the others are sort of average.

The initial inspection and confirmation of the problem was on November 21, 2011 and they immediately set traps on top of my garage. The problem was that raccoons had made a hole in my garage roof. They came back each evening to check the traps that Monday-Wednesday, unfortunately they only caught 1 squirrel. They did not work Thanksgiving, the day after or that week end, however they did set up a monitor which would alert them to any activity when they returned the following Monday. On Monday, November 28, 2011 they returned and activity was noted so they set the traps again. (History: there had previously been a tree right next to my garage and once I realized that something was going on atop of the roof I had it cut down. There was evidence of raccoon dung on the roof, so I suspect that the tree was their way up, along with the squirrels). Another unfortunate snare was caught in the trap...a cat, but no squirrels or raccoons. I also requested that they set traps on the inside of the garage as well. They continued to monitor the site for activity, however that Tuesday thru Friday the monitor was undisturbed and nothing else was trapped, which indicated that whatever had been occupying the garage had departed. On that Friday, December 2, 2011 they came and placed a temporary patch over the area and while they were there I had a chance to see the destruction on the inside of my garage, needless to say I was horrified, but that's my problem. Update: I had a re-inspection after a month and the temp patch was still in place. I'm happy to say I will finally have the roof repaired tomorrow (1/3/2012).

all went fine. Only issue I'd say is that on a follow up visit for $50 we asked them to only spray outside, and they charged us the same as spraying for both inside and outside. Now we just get both done since we have to pay for it anyhow.

The boxes were filled with poison and placed where the mice were spotted. The technician offered to return in a few months to refill the traps.

So far so good....after he left the bees were going away and the ones that went in the holes never came back out. I'm extremely happy.

We had some birds that apparently made a nest on top of our chimney and the nest fell in. It fell between the wall of the fire place and the stove. They were babies. We kept hearing them and it sounded like they were in our house. They were pretty much so only that the stove was stopping them from coming in. GUARDIAN PEST CONTROL came when we called them and pulled the stove out, got the birds out and put them on the tree. Then came back and put a cap on our chimney so that it would not happen again. We would use them in the future.

We had problems with some wild animals coming into our property. They set traps wherever the animals could get in and they trapped the animal. We would use them again in the future too.

Great sevice both outside and inside the house.

Very well--I would use this service again. No recurrence of problem and technician provided tips on prevention.

It ended up in a dispute with another corporation. Guardian considers one week as approximately 3 days. I contracted for traps to be set for a full week and it came out to be equivalent of 3 days work. Mondays were only half the day and Fridays were half a day and they worked the middle of the week. They did get some musk rats. The issue is long over with.

He was fine. He put a garbage cover a vent to see that the squirrel does not come back. He did what he was supposed to do and the squirrel went away. I got to know about him through Angie’s list. He was competitive. He was okay.

They were courteous, but I don't feel they were anything special. They were recommending that I put poison in my kitchen because I had a mouse problem. The other thing that I didn't like about them was that they weren't really looking around to figure out where the mice were coming in. When I compared them with the guy that we eventually ended up using, Guardian's initial price was cheaper but the other guy did exclusion work. The other guy was able to figure out where they were coming in. He found exactly where they were coming in and it made the most sense in the world. He didn't put poison in my kitchen. He recommended we try and bait them live and he put them under the floor boards and in between the basement and the kitchen so my children couldn't see them. He did the exclusion work so he came out and within a week he had caught the mice. He had put them in bait traps where they could have survived but they didn't survive and they never came back. Guardian was recommending putting baiting poison where my children were and they weren't doing any exclusion work so I would have had to have them keep coming out and would have had to risk my kids having dead pests on the floor. They didn't find out where the source of the problem was so I felt like I am glad I didn't use them. I don't think my situation would have been resolved as quickly if at all with them. They didn't even do any exclusion work. I am glad I didn't use them. I would give them an average rating. I just didn't feel like they were creative in what their solutions were and their solutions would have required that I locked into some type of long term arrangement and it would have been not as comfortable having baiting in the kitchen. They did give me an estimate and the price they quoted was for the first visit. They were significantly cheaper initially than what the other guy charged. Guardian was very responsive. I don't remember their punctuality being an issue. I would not consider using them in the future.

He was very friendly and very clean. He was competitively priced too.

Because of the size of the hole in the roof, both a large and a small trap was placed on the roof and monitored for about five days to capture any animals using that hole as an entry to their nest. Gladly, nothing was caught. There was no activity. Guardian arranged for a roofer to come and repair the damage. The only thing was it took a while for that person to come and close the hole. Everything worked out well, though. This was my second go-around with a critter, and Guardian helped the first time. If the situation comes up again, I will be sure to call them.

After I called, Guardian was very prompt and thorough with their description of services and recommendations.

He came promptly within a two-hour window, we discussed what was done last time he was there about a year ago, and then agreed on his services this time. He then proceeded to do the spraying and left after about 45 minutes. I did not stay with him the whole time, but he must have been very thorough because I have not seen any more pests since then except dying ones. The services were performed for the agreed upon price.
