Description of Work: THEY CAME OUT AND SAID THEY WOULD HAVE TO HAVE SOMEONE COME IN AND MEASURE THE WINDOW AND THEN WE WOULD GET AN ESTIMATE. WE NEVER RECEIVED AN ESTIMATE AND THEY CONTRACTOR PERFORMED THE WORK. WE ENDED UP GETTING A BILL FOR $420 TO REPLACE ONE PANE OF GLASS. WE CONTINUED TO CALL WITH THE REP NEVER RETURNING OUR CALLS. WE ENDED UP PAYING WHAT WE FELT WAS REASONABLE.
