The property he sold to us he did a great job a negotiating. We not only have developed a working relationship but a friendship with his family as well!

Todd Cook helped my buy first house right! That sums up almost everything. Todd not only clarified from me what my requirements were in my first house but also told me few nuggets about real estate like neighborhood location and price appreciation based on development in near future. Todd Cook is a wonderful realtor to work with. When my husband and I found him we were looking at houses and just saw the Realtors that were selling those houses and never stuck our neck out 2 1 person...But when he asked us if he could show us some houses without being pre qualified was where he sold us....he didn't care what price range we were qualified for but if he could help us in buying a house....we were sold and no other questions asked....We decided to build a house and included him on the deal and in return he stuck his neck out and paid our extra fees what a blessing it was to our family....What an awesome guy....I couldn't ask for anyone else to work with and build a lifetime friendship with....Just recently we have a house in Tennessee that needs sold and asked him if he knew anyone. He asked around and see what happens he comes thru again....He as connections all over and gave us a name to another realtor that is very helpful....With this guy you will value his friendship and no longer need to find another realtor again....I can't believe how much he has done for our family and we r so great full for all that he does still today.....I will forever use him in the future and tell others to do the same.....Great guy and great friendship for life

Todd Cook is aggressive, competent and trustworthy. I am not the easiest real estate client to work with and I had been through several brokers before, but in 2014, I turned Todd loose on my portfolio of several properties, many of which were not an easy sell and he has executed with precision and excellence. I was stuck with a 7 parcel commercial property that was hemorrhaging money and Todd was even able to get it sold. I had an accepted offer on the house I sold in 9 days with multiple desirable offers to choose from, Todd and his team did a great job with the listing and the photos were phenomenal. Buying a home was also made simple. I had a strict list of wants/needs in my new home and he was able to show me several homes that had everything I wanted. He was able to lead the negotiation with the seller of my selected home and I was able to purchase it for well under list price.

Todd has become my real estate agent that I will go to as long as he is in the business. He is everything I've looked for in an agent and what I think most all people look for. Fantastic, couldn't have asked for a better experience. As a young family, making a decision to sell and buy a house is very, very stressful. Todd was a consummate professional, willing to work around our hectic schedule, take calls late in the evening, and take us to numerous showings. I can't recommend anyone else but Todd and his team. He's my realtor for life.

I cannot say enough good things about Todd and the services he provides. I felt I could trust Todd from the beginning and that he would always have our best interests in mind, even if it did not mean a sale for him. We would occasionally call Todd to go look at a property and he was never pushy. When we found the house of our dreams but was worried about potential repairs, he had a professional come to the house for sale on a Sunday and look at the issue at no charge. He made buying the home an easy process. We then used Todd to sell our current home and he was great. He brought in a member of his team to offer suggestions on "staging" our home. After living there for 20+ years, we had accumulated a lot of "stuff". Todd also hired a professional photographer for pictures of the inside and another photographer to take pictures with a drone to give an aerial view of our property. On the first day of showings, our house was SOLD. We had 3 offers to choose from. We were supposed to have an open house that week-end, but there was no need since we had already sold it. Todd made the whole process easy for us and I always recommend Todd to anyone who needs a realtor. He is a true professional and extremely knowledgeable. He has a large network of professionals in the housing industry if you need something done (plumber, electrician, general handyman, garage repair, etc.) or expert advice.
