Really good and sold in about 1 week

It went super well. My daughter and her husband recommended the Todd Cook Team (they had sold houses for them and their friends). The Team was awesome, made things happen...We didn't have to do a thing, except show up at the closing. Then a few months later we get an invitation to a BBQ dinner, live music, drinks, games, raffles etc., German Park. Greenwood. This was an appreciation dinner. Just rare to have people treat you so well even AFTER they're technically done with you. :) We will definitely use their team again and recommend them to all our family and friends.

Tood was amazing. As a first time home buyer with not a lot of buying power, finding a home in my price range was very frustrating and overwhelming. Todd answered my calls and responded to emails promptly, answering all my questions at all hours of the day and night. He helped ease my frustrations and continued to show me house, after house, until I found the best one within my budget. His knowledge in the housing markets and the area's I wanted to be in also helped me get more house for the price.
