It went very well. Adam was very kind and met with me to do an estimate on Saturday. I had a duplex and wanted to replace both sides at the same time. He offered a better price if bought that day, which I was skeptical but after looking at the windows they seemed pretty nice. Adam assured me that the vinyl they used would not fade and also showed me the extra layers/pockets in the windows that added to the stability of the window. The factory took around 4-5 weeks to build the windows and then Adam's father called to set up a time to install. They took 2 days to install everything and were clean. The finished windows look fantastic and really gave the place a face lift.

Excellent design. I thought it was a complicated project and they did beautiful work. They were prompt, professional. I wanted it done quickly and they were able to accomplish that. They were very reasonably priced. They have excellent glass in their doors and windows.

On initial consultation Adam was very professional. He provided helpful information on their windows and how they fit into the market with other companies. The installers were well-trained. The same team showed up each day. They got the windows installed in a few days. We are very happy with the windows! We have noticed a decrease in our heating bills based on therms used relative to the temperature. My son found websites that calculate "heating days" and estimated we have saved over $300 in gas bills during 3 months. The windows also look very nice and are easy to open and close. It has made a major difference! We had a few windows that they needed to replace a part on once they were installed. This was done after the initial work and to our satisfaction.

They did a good job. They did make some mistakes but they fixed them. They arrived on time and were easy to work with. The workers that did the job were very polite and honest.

I was really put off by the salesman as he pushed me to sign contract on the first visit. Even showed me a totally hokey apples/oranges comparison to a competitors window. But I did liked the window for the price so ordered them anyway and hoped all would turn out. The installers were very conscientious and professional. They took extra pains to replace two sills and do the vinyl wrapping around the doors to make it all look consistent. The only issue was that the springs in a few of the windows weren't good and they said they'd have to order and would bring them out when they came in. It's been a year and I still haven't seen the new springs so I have to push up at the top and down at the bottom to be able to lock the window. The overall grade was upgraded due to increased customer service after original report was filed.

Their estimate was very reasonable for the amount of work they did. The salesman was very polite and knowledgeable. The staff he sent out to take measurements were good about calling to arrange appointments and keeping the appointments made. The work was not completed in the time frame spelled out in the contract, but I was in no hurry to get the work completed so for me it was not an issue. I would definitely use them again!

Originally scheduled to have windows and doors installed in the fall, but rainy weather pushed it into early January. No fault of the company. They kept me informed of installation schedule and worked with my busy schedule to get the work done. The crew did a very good job under cold weather conditions. Three days for 13 windows and 2 days for the doors. All at my schedule. I am very pleased with the result both inside and out.

Only thing I didn't like was there clean up. I found pieces of vinyl and some screws laying around. Other than that I was satisfied.

He would NOT leave a written estimate nor would he leave any information on the windows he was trying to sale me to review. They do not want you to compare their prices or features of their windows to anyone else's. They were pushy and frankly just made me feel bad because I wanted to have time to consider their offer and think about it as it is a lot of money. I thought it was awful to feel bad in my own home because I didn't buy the product. Not leaving written est or brochures? What is up with that? He made sure he collected any and all literature. I would think if you are a reputable company, that you would be more than proud of your company, work, price and product and would have no problem leaving a quote, brochures and any other important information. I don't think the issue is the quality of the product but the ethics of a lot of window company's in Indianapolis. Price of the windows went up almost $4,500 dollars when I didn't sign any contracts that night.

I think the price was a little high but the quality was first class. They did try to pressure me to schedule the work in March or April but I wasn't ready until later. When I ordered the 3 windows, I wanted almond on the exterior and white on the interior. I was told that there was an extra charge for having the 2 different colors; however, they ended up not charging me extra.

COMPANY SHOWED UP DOING DOOR TO DOOR. COMPANY SAID THEY COULD NOT MEET WITH ME DUE TO HUSBAND NOT BEING HOME. THEY SAID THEY NEEDED THE ATTORNEY GENERAL TO PROCEED WHEN TALKING TO THEM OVER THE PHONE. I JUST WANTED AN ESTIMATE. NOT RECOMMENDED.
