For the estimate, Glass Guru's tech arrived promptly, checked the panes for the moisture problem, and measured for replacement. It took about two weeks before they scheduled the replacement work. My appointment for the replacement was at 10:30, and the tech called at 10:25 to say he was running late, and could be there at 11:00. I have to admit to a little irritation until I saw the reason: he was working, alone, with a badly injured hand. Despite that, he got the whole installation done quickly and professionally. It looks excellent. I guess time will tell if this was the right way to go, replacing just the damaged pane instead of the whole window. It was a little expensive, I thought, to do this, and I would not recommend it if you needed more than a single pane replaced to restore a window. However, if you just have a damaged portion to a large window and don't want to replace the whole thing, this is the way to go.

Their composite windows are very nice. They open and close smoothly. The noise reduction and temperature insulation are great. The windows were thousands of dollars less expensive than Bee Windows and come with a better warranty. There were some minor fit and finish issues with them as well as the screens. Some of the wood pieces have small gaps. One screen doesn't fit. However, considering the price, the complaints are relatively minor. It did take longer than communicated to get windows in and installed. Office was good to talk with when I called them but not proactive on communicating delays or status. Same with installers. They didn't show up one day and I had to call them to find out that they had called it off. All in all, I love the products and would use again for the value.

Glass guru was great! They were responsive, timely, and did a quick and professional repair. We were pleased and grateful for their promptness since this happened in the middle of some very cold winter weather.

Glass Guru was able to come out right away to give me an estimate on a picture window I have. I wanted to get the moisture removed between the panes, but it was too old and damaged to repair. I got an estimate for a brand new window and went ahead with it. The price for the brand new window and labor was great. It got installed right after the window came in. The installers did a great job and installed it in about 2 hours. The new window is high quality and just beautiful. They also have an excellent warranty. Everybody I interacted with - the man who gave me the estimate, everybody at the office, and the installers - were extremely friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company and plan to use them again in the future if I replace more windows.

If you're looking for a company that prides itself on customer service, I definitely would not hire this company. Unlike what they say they only work 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, which makes them impossible to work with if you have a job. I took off work to schedule them to come & give me an estimate on getting rid of water between window glass which they claim that they do. Of course, they claimed we need new glass for two windows instead. They ordered the glass & returned in a couple of weeks at which time I took off another day of work. Since one of the pieces of glass broke when they were trying to put it in, I am again trying to schedule more time off from work so that they can replace the broken glass. I requested a time on Saturday & was told that they would try to get that scheduled. It has been two weeks since that conversation & they still have not returned my call.

Top notch start to finish. Estimator showed up for an appointment on time and provided a competitive estimate. The double hung window require replacement of bottom and side sash as well as the thermal pane itself. Sam and Pedro showed up 10 minutes early and started the sash repair. Sam really knows what he's doing when it comes to custom sash prep. Great job overall! Reasonable price and 10% discount on the job at completion. I'll use them again for window repair if the need arises.

The 227.33 was for one window and I was supposed the pay the balance. Instead of receiving a bill, they reached into my account a month later. When I called I was told they had every right to do it. I talked to a supervisor and she talked over top of me trying to make her point. She was very rude, very unprofessional and ended up yelling at me. I asked for her supervisor and she says the book keeper will call me. She called while I was on the phone and I asked for her supervisor and she ended up hanging up on me. I called back and talked to Adam and he talked over me as well. I told him I was going to dispute it and he told me there would be morecharges added to it.

It was terrible. They said that it would take two to three weeks in the beginning and it ended up taking three months. They came out and ordered the wrong window twice. They had to come out three different times. I was trying to sell the house and it was just a real hassle. I was not happy at all. It was too expensive.

Great! They had someone available and were able to send them out the same day. Great Job. Will surely use again.

The guy came out and measured, gave us the estimate, we sent him a deposit to start and he called when the window was ready and came and installed it. He did a good job, we had nothing to clean except normal cleaning, like sweeping. I do have other windows to do later and I will call them back to do the work.

We had a broken window that we wanted fixed quickly. Glass Guru listed that they worked weekends and did emergency service. They called me back quickly and came the same day. Since they did not have my type of glass in stock, they boarded up window. Just as important, they cleaned up many broken glass pieces in the window sill and frame and on our floor. Very professional and thorough. Glass took about 10 days to come in, it was installed relatively quickly but there was an issue with the glass, so another pane had to be ordered. The issue was not the fault of the installer, rather it was due to the age and condition of our window frame. Another piece was ordered, and in about a week was installed. I would use them again. Installer was friendly and professional, and did a great job. Cost was what I expected for a professional job.

Much cheaper than replacement would have been. Individuals who accomplished the work tried very hard to keep our inconvenience to a minimum even though two of the windows had to be completely removed for repairs to be accomplished. Very impressed.

Evaluation of all windows with Estimate of all repair work was provided. Options including cost of total window replacement v. repair of wood rot was provided. Work was completed as promised an on schedule. After they left, I noticed a broken piece on the plastic where the window goes up and down. Window could not be raised or lowered. Even though I was not certain as to whether this problem existed prior to the repair, they replaced the broken piece at their cost and window operates fine. Would highly recommend their services.

The representative from Window Pro was very nice and very professional; however, the entire cost of the project was far more than the Big Deal and didn't fit my budget at that time.

The work was scheduled for three days. Each day the technician arrived on time and got right to work. He carefully cut and removed all rotten wood and replaced with new, no wood putty was used. Most work was completed from the outside so there was very little disturbance in our home. He also replaced the glass in a window that had developed condensation. Glass was precut so it was ready to go. He was very patient with my granddaughter who was curious about what the man outside the window was doing. The technician also took great care to also clean up his mess each day. When we had a day of stormy weather, we were called to reschedule the repair date. They also checked in to see how we felt the repairs were going and gave us a chance to ask any questions or address any concerns. The Glass Guru staff were professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

Professional. Inspection was done on every window in our home. Pointed out areas of window rot in need of prompt repair. Willing to discuss costs related to window rot repair and total replacement of the windows. There was a piece on the side of one of the windows after the work was completed. Although I stated that I did not know for certain whether or not the break might have been there previously, they willingly replaced the piece. Impressive work.
