They were good and professional. They did great work. The new type of glazing that they used which is the polyurethane glazing was incredible and really nice. I'm very pleased with what they did. Their price was fair.

My wife and I began the process of replacing all of our windows and two doors (one being converted to a sliding door) by getting three estimates. We were very pleased with Adam's presentation and knowledge of the products he was presenting. After a little deliberation we decided to go with The Glass Guru. Our choice couldn't have been better. The only negative of the entire process was that the glass for our sliding door was broken at the factory and had to be re-ordered prior to shipping to the Glass Guru. The length of the entire process was still very reasonable. Brian and Andy showed up at a reasonable time to begin the process. They were both a pleasure. They were very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. They worked hard all day continuing when rain was very close. Thankfully, they were able to finish caulking the last window right as the rain began. They continued to clean up until everything was removed even though it was raining. This company from top to bottom is a class act and I would recommend them to anyone who would listen!!!

Excellent service! Brian did a great job and used a poly caulk (backed by silicon on the inside) for reglazing. The glazing on these windows looks the best they've ever looked. Rather than replace all of the windows (21) at a very high expense, I'm going to attempt to reglaze the first floor windows when the weather warms up. If I can't do it with professional results, I'll call Glass Guru to finish the work for me. I'm very happy. A real fine job.

They did a great job. We have old wooden windows and they replaced the panes. We had one window that the mechanism was broken and they tried really hard to find the parts to fix it. It wasn't their fault they are just really old windows and they did their best. They did a good job, professional and we really liked them.

They were very nice about coming out a couple times before we chose them over the other competitors we spoke to. They were responsive about our questions and helped us choose a very nice well constructed vinyl replacement window that looks great from the street. The replacement of the windows was done quickly and the workers were polite and cleaned up after themselves. No problems at all, can't ask for better than that!

I originally called them on Oct 6th for an estimate on replacing the glass in a sliding patio door. They were able to come out the next day. Adam came and measured the glass. We decided to use them as the price was very competitive. The quick response for the estimate got them the job. The glass was ordered and an appointment was set to install it on the 31st. They were right on time and the glass looks great. I will use them again in the future.

Overall it was a good experience and I am glad I had it done. Four of my near neighbors used them, and talking to them is what made my final decision on the Glass Guru. They have a good reputation in this area.

Adam arrived at the scheduled time, provided me with a quote for moisture removal for two windows and told me he was highly confident that this would resolve the problem with my moisture-filled windows, but explained my options if that were not to be the case. I was contacted later that day to set up a time and date for the service to be performed. He was there as promised, and even called ahead to let me know he was on his way. The work was quickly done as Adam had described, and within days I could see marked improvement. Within less than 2 weeks both windows were crystal clear and I have not seen a bit of moisture in either since the work was done, in spite of the record-breaking heat this summer. I am thrilled with the results, and the $$ saved by not having to replace the two windows. Thanks Glass Guru - I've told my friends and neighbors!

The Glass Guru provided excellent customer service. They arrived on time, as scheduled. Time will tell if the treatment for moisture was completely successful.

The job went very well. They did a good job from start to finish. I would recommend this company.

We had many original window panes with broken seals and condensation problems. We called a local glass company to replace several panes, but they did not handle restoration of rotten woodwork. This led us to Glass Guru for the two windows in need of structural repairs. The and quot;defoggingand quot; and resealing of the 5 original window panes was very straight-forward. The cost estimate was easily 50% or more less than what it cost to replace the panes with new glass. It is now 8 weeks after treatment and 3 of the panes look great. Two panes continue to be cloudy, especially on very hot days when the temperature difference between the inside and outside is significant. Adam at Glass Guru says that it sometimes takes up to 12 weeks for this to resolve and if needed they will re-treat the windows at no cost, so we continue to monitor it and will readdress if necessary. We were advised that the restoration work would be done by a different individual than the glass treatments. It turned out that he was a sub-contractor to Glass Guru. We were quoted a price of $200 and $293 for each of the two windows that needed repairs with the caveat that the price could be higher and that and quot;we won't know until we get in there and see what's going onand quot;. Howard and his assistant were extremely professional and did outstanding work. They removed all the rotten wood and rebuilt the two windows with quality hard wood. It was very thorough and precise. They cleaned up well and primed the wood for painting before they left. However, the final price for the additional wood repairs ended up being about $835 each vs the $200/$293 that was quoted. I was anticipating a total cost of about $1100 and ended up with and quot;add onsand quot; that totalled $1177, double my original quote. I knew it might be more once they took the windows apart, but I had no idea that it could be THAT MUCH more. To be fair, I didn't ask Howard for a revised price quote after he took my windows apart . On the other hand, he didn't volunteer any new information. Even if I had asked, I'm not sure what choice I would have had at that point with two big holes in my house. I think the work was excellent and am not saying that the price wasn't fair, but I was not prepared for that kind of total at the end of the day. I think the major disconnect was that the original quote came from the Glass Guru salesman that really didn't have any idea what was involved in a window restoration. Once the work was being done, the Glass Guru people left the site and at that point I was dealing directly with the subcontractor, Howard, that wasn't involved in giving me the original quote. Bottom line: I would use them again for clearing up cloudy windows. If I need restoration work again, I will find someone that is directly involved in that line of work for a more accurate assessment and pricing.

So far the work has been very satisfactory and they are good people to deal with. I can't say anything bad about them. Their responsiveness has been excellent. Anytime I have had questions they come to my house and we sit down and they provide answers. Their professionalism is very good. I will use them again in the future.

My wife was here and she was satisfied with the job. We were satisfied with the price. They did a good job. We would use them again.

I'm happy with the overall experience. I didn't have to pay for several months after the job was complete, which I think was out-of-the-ordinary (something to do with not sending the invoice out). But, other than that I'm very happy!

We called Adam and scheduled an appointment. He was right on time and was very helpful in picking out the right windows for our home. There was no high pressure to buy. Adam was very professional in both his appearance and presentation of his product. We would highly recommend this company.

This was a good experience. I am happy with the price and final product. The sales representative listened to what I wanted and did not waste my time showing me windows that were low quality or above my desired price range. The installers were employees of WindowPro and were very knowledgeable about the product they installed. The installer remained at my house and showed me the window features after the installation was done. I appreciated the customer service very much.

Glass Guru came out to the house and confirmed our custom glass shower doors were irreparably etched by our old hard water. They quoted a new custom glass door, ordered it and came out shortly thereafter for the install. It has been several months now and the door is holding up nicely. I would recommend them and would use them again in the future.

I was happy with the guy that came to do the work. I was not pleased with the salesman because the quote was not accurate and I did not receive the work for the money I anticipated.

Only problem was finding that tempered, sun shielding glass was so expensive! Owner was willing to negotiate the price. Service was on time. Installation took a few hours but went well.

Adam came out to evaluate a window that had some water damage. My wife and I were not sure if the damage came from a time when we had left a window open or from a leak since the marking was at the top of the window and not the bottom. Adam went out onto the roof and checked the siding and around the window, but couldn't find any leaking area. He gave us some tips on how to repair the damage that was done to the drywall around the window. He was punctual and professional. We would use this company in the future if we do have a window problem. None of the other companies we contacted called us back to give an estimate.

Adam was a pleasure to work with from the beginning to the end of this project. We had 2 windows on each side of our fireplace that had wood rot on the outside. We wanted better windows to be efficient and the window sills to be new. We had a rare scenario where we were also working with our mortgage company to help pay for this project because of a previous issue with the closing. We made Adam aware of the situation and told him that we might need to be invoiced differently. He was more than willing to work with us both on price and invoicing. A gentleman by the name of Randy came out after our first consultation to measure the windows - he was super polite and friendly. The windows were going to take a couple weeks to come in and another week or so to get installed. It came down to the wire for us to get the windows actually installed for a deadline the mortgage company had given us and we called Adam asking if there was any way we could get them installed by the end of the week. He was able to accomodate our request. The windows were installed and look great. We are very satisfied with our experience with Window Pro and in particular, Adam. We will use them again for our future window and door needs.

Adam was a couple of minutes early, which normally I would appreciate, but I felt bad because I had another contractor there giving me an estimate at the time. He arrived with a partial window to show how they were made, along with a lot of information on competitor pricing and their products. He also had information on the energy tax credit. I was really just trying to get an idea of the cost of replacing these windows because I don't have the money to replace even a couple of them at a time (they ask for at least 3 at once). Their quote was quite a bit higher than another quote that I got. They use triple paned windows. They had a lot of specials going on for the rest of the month, including buy 1 get 1 free. Even with this special, the estimate was significantly higher than another quote I got. While he seemed like a nice guy, Adam had a hard time taking no for an answer. As much as I would like to be able to buy windows now, it's really not an option, and he didn't accept that easily. Also, unlike the other quote that I had done, Adam counted each set of windows as 2 separate windows, so I didn't realize until later that although his quote sounded very reasonable at the time, it was really nearly double the quote from another company. So, even though their product seemed very good, I don't think I could justify spending that much money.

I called several companies and Adam responded quickly, worked around our difficult schedule and confirmed our appointment the day before. He arrived on time and was very professional and thorough, providing us with an incredible amount of information to make us feel comfortable in choosing Window Pro. We're happy with the product and ready for it to snow outside knowing that we'll be so much warmer with these windows.

I wish I could give Window Pro an A++. From start to finish, we could not asked for a more polite,professional, flexible, courteous, or punctual company. Our new doors are just gorgeous, and we couldn't be more pleased. I cannot say enough wondrful things about Window Pro.
