We are thrilled with our new Quality Built Pergola! We had looked for quite awhile and were not satisfied with what we had found until we came across QBP. In addition to using top quality materials they use full cut lumber which results in a more substantial structure. But what was most impressive is that they took the time to visit with us and talk about our outdoor living space and discuss our ideas. From the personal email from Don the owner, to the expert design support by Dustin we are now enjoying our beautifully built pergola. A shout out to the installers who did a great job as well.

Levi did a good job, did it cheap, and got it done in one day. If you need a pergola put up quickly, he’s your guy! However, in order to save time, he asked if he could use lag screws to fasten the headers to the posts instead of the hex bolts we wanted. I regret agreeing to that. (Having to offset the lag screws doesn’t look as good and I’m worried about the safety/structural longevity.)

Job was top notch, clean up after the job was completed. Made sure that I I was satisfied . Completed on time. Accommodate all my request.

With that said, we went with QBP and we are extremely pleased with the end result. The QBP team is very professional, detail oriented and the project was completed in less than 2 weeks!
