Description of Work: I called in March 2012 and asked to schedule an appointment for major landscape renovation. I was told Pat Cooley would call me back in a day or two. After 2 weeks I had not received a call. I called back and talked with Dianne. At first she could not find where I called and said someone had been filling in for her when I called before. Finally, she found my name and said that Pat was off the next week, but Scott or Herb would call me back It has been almost 2 months as I write this, and I still have not heard from anyone. I called two other landscapers, and both were very responsive, have come both out and submitted their plans and estimates. I hired one of them to do the work.
