Description of Work: I needed to have the glass in one side of my sliding glass doors and the two glass panes in my dining room window replaced due to age and moisture leakage. First someone came out and measured, and I told him to go ahead and order the glass. Once the glass came in, they came out and replaced the my old glass. They did a great job. I knew the panel of the sliding glass door was really bad, but I hadn't realized quite how cloudy the dining room window panes had gotten to be. It's really nice to be able to look out through clear glass and see now. I think my bedroom windows are starting to get a little cloudy, although not as badly yet, so I'll definitely call Paul's Glass to do it when I get ready.

+ 0 moreHe did a good job but he had to work so hard. I highly recommend them. They did a really nice job. We just had to pay the labor cost. He said the window had cracked because of default in manufacture and he knew that. He was very polite and kind. He was a really nice fellow. He definitely knew his stuff. He knew the kind of window and what the problem was with it. We thought it was going to cost us a lot but it did not.
Description of Work: We used Paul's Glass & Accessories to put new windows in 2006. A year ago we had a crack in the window, and we had them come out and look at it. It turned out that it was supposed to be covered under warranty. The guy had to work a lot to get to the window.

+ -1 moreAbsolutely awesome. I've never had such great service, and I've done a lot of renovation. I wouldn't hire anyone else for anything this company does, including auto glass.
Description of Work: I did not have safety glass in my front door, which has a full length glass panel. My dogs got overexcited at the mailman one day and broke that glass. I called Paul the next day which was a Wednesday, and he was out measuring by Thursday morning, had to order the safety glass, and had guys out to install it first thing Monday morning. INCREDIBLE!

+ -1 moreHappy to say that it went well. This is my second new windshield in 90 days. Another rock! My first experience was horrible. I went back to the Toyota Dealership for a referral this time. They recommended Paul's. They were very professional and delivered just what they promised. They even tried to clean up some of the mess left behind from my last replacement. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The owner even took time to educate my on auto glass, so that I could make better informed choices in the future.

+ -1 moreAbsolutely great- I called Paul as I was trying to plan out my master bathroom shower, and he gave me excellent advice about the easiest and least expensive way to go about it. When I was ready, he came out and measured, accounting for a slight variation that would have to be cut into the bottom of the door to make it fit right. He used the absolute best accessories too- the handles are the nicest I have ever seen, very solid- and the hinges are absolutely excellent. He did these things because he had pride in his work, and they really made a difference. Almost exactly two weeks after ordered, he was back installing it, and it is PERFECT. The door fits snugly on both sides, even where it matches up with the glass on the perpendicular wall. It is gorgeous, and the process was so easy.
