Description of Work: Mike came over to my house and we had a great conversation regarding listing my home for sale. He did a thorough walk-through and spent a good amount of time talking to us about his approach. He's a solid realtor and someone we would call again in the future. We ended up taking our house off the market as our plans to move out of town changed.

Description of Work: Mike and his team helped us set the right price for the market at the time, and we had a contract after only one week. This was at a time when houses were not moving very well. We moved out of state and Mike's folks watched over the place and finally handled the closing on our behalf. We would recommend the Mike Duncan Real Estate Group to anyone.

Description of Work: Jared Duncan helped us buy our first home. We switched to Jared after a negative experience with a different buyer's agent. We didn't feel like that agent was working with our best interests in mind, consistently encouraging us to spend more than we were willing to spend. So when we found Mike Duncan Real Estate on Angie's List and saw the affiliation with Dave Ramsey, we felt confident that this would be a better experience. When we found Jared, we already had a house we were ready to make an offer on. He was instrumental in negotiating a fair price based in comparable sales data (which was a bit tricky in this location with several foreclosures and short sales and not many more traditional sales to compare to). He helped us work through inspection responses and answered many questions we had as first-time homeowners. Thanks, Jared! We would definitely recommend the Duncans to others.
