Mike provided a fantastic home selling experience. I initially decided to talk to few realtors and choose one, but I didn't look any further after meeting with him. He met me at my home for initial meeting and went over everything that he does. He brought brochures and examples of how he advertises for homes. He then followed back with what he thought is a fair selling price, and we listed the house for that. After every showing his office would follow up with me with the feedback from the buyers. He negotiated the offer we accepted skillfully and we actually got more than what I was willing to accept. After the offer was accepted they followed up with me timely on the updates until the day we closed. Overall, I am very happy I used Mike's services and I would definitely recommend him.

It went very, very well! The house went on the market on a Tuesday and there was an offer on the house on Thursday! The team was very professional and prompt in getting me to the next necessary step.

He has got an outstanding ratings for selling property. He is well recommended because he sell properties very quickly. We have more invested in our property than he wanted listed for I said that we wouldn't even consider that and he walked out. We had some other realtors come in and they gave us far better ratings. He was uncalled for and very rude. He did not get back with us till the weekend. He is the last person I would recommend.

Mike and his team are very professional and know what they're doing. They worked with me to help sell my parents home. They did a competitive market analysis and came back with a list price higher than I expected. We listed the home and got 2 offers within 1 day. We accepted a cash offer at 96% of the list price. Mike even acted as POA at the closing so I didn't have to return to Indiana to do the closing since I'm from out of state. Mike also recommended a great painter - so his recommendations are solid also. If I had other property in the area I would use Mike again.

Jared was excellent at being prompt and helpful. We viewed homes on the market. He gave us honest input, great referrals for inspection, mortgage, etc. He helped when the sellers had unexpected short sale, he even removed furniture the sellers left in the home. Jared was so professional and helpful when the seller's agent was difficult.
