Mike answered every call and question - and of he was not available, his son promptly took over. I always felt I was the only client they had. After sign was out up, house was sold in 24 H. I paid as agreed. I used him from February through April.

Mike provided a comprehensive market assessment of our home when he first met with us before we signed a sales agreement with his company. He did his homework and did it well. During that meeting, Mike presented a realistic picture of the current real estate market conditions, helping us to determine a fair asking price for our home. We signed the sales agreement on a Saturday late afternoon. On Monday morning, Mike was at our home, taking pictures for the internet listing. Earlier that morning, he had put the bare information on the MLS (location, size, and asking price). While taking photos, he received a phone call to show the house yet that afternoon. We had a purchase offer by that evening and finalized the sale after a counter-offer. The selling price was 98+% of our asking price. After the sales contract was signed, Mike continued to work with us to address home inspection issues, prepare for closing and provide us with information regarding issues pertaining to our move to our new home. Mike was referred to us by an acquaintance. And if I ever need the services of a realty firm in the future, Mike Duncan Realty is who I will call.

All the steps necessary for the standard home sale/purchase were completed. Our family experienced some life changes with our mother/mother in law moving in with us. Adding another person to our current family of 6 made our current home small. Instead of finishing our basement to add more space, we decided to sell our home and find something larger. I first met Mike in a Dave Ramsey Financial Peace Class, and he was the first realtor I called. After speaking to some other people, and weighing my options, we used Mike as our realtor. Mike did an outstanding job in helping us sell our home. He gave us honest answers and feedback regarding our home and provided referrals and resources for people to fix items in our home to be addressed (drywall repair, painters, landscaping, etc). All of the people he referred us to were reasonable and very professional. Mike always took time to taik to us when we had questions, and gave us good and sound advice when we asked for it, which we seemed to do often. He never grew tired of our questions. He was always professional and had our best interests at heart. There were multiple showings of our home and we had others comment that they wished their realtor would generate the kind of traffic that Mike and his team did. In my opinion, Mike did too good of a job as our home sold in 3 weeks, and our family had to find a place to live until our new home is completed. Mike assisted us in finding a temporary place to live until our home is finished and ready to move in. I still contact Mike with questions about the upcoming home purchase, and he is always willing to help. Mike often says, "We are here to serve," and he lives by that. I would not hesitate to use Mike again in the future, and would highly recommend him.

Mr. Duncan was polite and punctual. He assessed my home value to be $183,000 and suggested that as the listing price. 2 other realtors gave me suggested listing prices of $230,000 and $265,000. I had an independent appraisal completed. My home sold for $265,000 and was on the market less than one week. Updated 11-11-14I see that Mr. Duncan does not recall me or my property. My review is valid for this company. I understand why they would want to deny doing this. I'm sure he keeps records of property he has provided services for.

He was very nice and he did a good job. He would always call in a time when he would be able to show the house.

His patience stood out. We probably looked up 20 homes, and he was very patient. He was very friendly, and he just took the time to find what we really wanted. He wasn't pushy at all.

They were helpful every step of the way and went above and beyond to make sure our home was perfect and sold. They got us 2 offers in 3 weeks!! We accepted the 2nd offer and are now out of it. Jared has patience made of steel. He has been working with my fiance and I for months to find a home. We looked at 20-30 homes before we finally found the one. He was always very flexible. I would ask him to go look at a home within 24 hours, and he always found a way to make it work. He would give us his personal opinion on homes, if he thought it was a good deal or if the home was way over priced. He even steered us away from a few homes, because he knew they wouldn't be a good match. He really gave us the feeling that he wanted US to be happy with our home, and we weren't just dollar signs to him. He is always accessible when we have questions, whether through email or phone. He has been informative and knowledgeable through every step of the process. I highly reccomend Jared for first time home buyers, and other home buyers for that matter.
