No issues at all with the ordering or delivery of the mulch. It all was very smooth.

The young lady who answered the phone was courteous and helpful throughout the whole process. I was concerned about how much topsoil I could get without having a triaxle dump truck in my driveway, and she was able to determine what I needed and arrange for delivery in a smaller truck. The driver arrived within the time frame given, and promptly dumped the soil right where I needed it. I need mulch to cover the areas where I put the soil, and McCarty will definitely be getting the call for it!

Their products and good and fairly priced. The last time I had to wait longer than I like to get loaded.

Delivery went fine; the driver placed the mulch right where we requested. The mulch is very high quality and lasts a long time. We skipped a year of this mulch and we can really tell the difference.

After calling several places for mulch, decided on McCarty. Their price was competitive with other companies and the product was outstanding. I didn't have to wait long, which was a bonus since it was a Saturday and they offered a discount through Angie's List. I was able to get a truck load dumped and secured by their staff and was back on the road in under 30 minutes. Will definitely use again.

Our experience with them has been great. Their service is great. They are there when they say they will be. They always make sure to not leave a mess. Their price depends on how much mulch we will need or if we do a top coat. We will continue to use them in the future.

We picked up multiple truck-loads. Everything was fine and they got us in and out quickly.

Driver came early within the specified time and placed the mulch in my driveway exactly where directed. You pay a little bit more for McCarty but you get great service and a good product.

As always, it was great. I like their efficiency in getting you the mulch (we always pick it up ourselves). They do a great job of getting you in and out. Since we bought new cobble stones for our landscaping, we also spent time going through their rock selection with Josh helping out our family. This place is great.

They were able to deliver the same day on a busy, holiday weekend. Also, the driver was able to drive into the backyard to save time from using a wheelbarrow to carry. Delivery charge was a flat fee independent of quantity of material delivered or distance, this is why we gave price a lower rating.

As always, the quality and punctuality of the service from McCarty Mulch was great. We use them every year.

They showed up on time, laid a tarp to protect my driveway because we had stained mulch. They did a fantastic job and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone!!!!

We noticed McCarty's Mulch along the highway as we were headed home from Greenwood. We were in need of washed gravel to complete a drainage project we had done on our property, but was having problems finding some. We were pleased to see they had just what we needed at a very reasonable piece. The staff was very helpful and professional. The nice gentleman who loaded the gravel into our pickup was very cautious and careful not to damage the bed of our truck. We were in and out of there in less than 20 minutes! Truly a diamond in the rough. We will be returning again to pick up more gravel as well as mulch. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

It went very well. From the lady (Connie) at the office to the delivery man (who was friendly). Connie suggested the least expensive way to accomplish what I needed done. Even down to the little note they put in my bill made me realize I found another gem through Angie's List.

They did a good job. Very pleasant to deal with.

We walked in and was helped by very nice people, setup the delivery, paid for the product and left feeling good about our purchase. Two days before our delivery day, a message was left on the home machine, but we didn't get the message until they were closed for the day. The next morning I called them back and they let us know the 9 yards of rock we paid for was all sold to a landscaping company earlier in the week and they wouldn't be able to get more in until Tuesday (4 days past the scheduled date). They told us they were trying to pull strings all week, but then they waited until the last minute to call us. Needless to say, we were left with calling around the day before trying to find the rock and someone who was able to deliver Friday night or Saturday morning. After quite a few phone calls we found another company that had the rock and could deliver it, but at a higher price. We did end up buying the boulder from McCarty mulch and we got 1/2 off for our inconvenience.

Excellent customer service and good quality mulch (I ordered the common AA grade). I paid more for delivery because I live in Fishers and McCarty Mulch is located in Greenwood, but they were able to deliver to me the very next day. Also, their price per cubic yard was less than I had priced locally, so it more or less washed out. The driver was very friendly and accommodating. Doing business with this company gave me a good feeling overall.

As usual, the McCarty family had what we needed...and with a smile. They are the best!

I've been using them for years, they are just great folks! And they are dirt cheap!

Josh dumped the mulch in three areas for me so that I would not have to haul the mulch so far at my age!:) Jennifer and Josh are just great and so caring and accommodating. The quality of their product is really good at a reasonable rate. Will use them as long as they are in business and I am here at my home!

As always, the folks of McCarty Mulch were great. We made 2 trips to pick up the stone because we were unsure of how much we needed. Jennifer was great at helping us figure out how much the stones would cost based on weight and size. It's a pleasure to deal with them, and I look forward to dealing with them next spring.

Everyone--from office staff to truck driver--was informative, helpful and friendly. Jennifer in the office helped us choose the mulch for us. She was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about our project. She explained how to measure and how to estimate the amount of mulch needed. They were flexible. We first asked for the mulch to be delivered late on a Friday afternoon and later had to ask them to change the delivery to early Saturday morning because of a change in our schedule. This was not a problem for them. The mulch arrived on time and was even preceded by a telephone call, telling us that they were on their way and to expect them in 20 minutes. Most of the mulch was to be spread at the north end of our home, while our driveway is at the south end. The truck driver dumped the load on the north end as we requested, and did so gingerly, cheerfully, and successfully, maneuvering the large truck between and under our trees. All-in-all, this was a pleasant experience
