Excellent company to deal with. I have purchased landscape rocks and they were helpful in getting the correct match for my landscaping. I have also purchased mulch for several years in a row. McCarty Mulch is a very very good company to deal with. Fair price, helpful, friendly staff. I just can’t say enough good things about them. I would refer everyone from landscapers to homeowners to deal with them. They get an A+++ in my book.

I received both products on the same delivery truck, which saved me from paying two delivery fees. Also, the driver was able to dump it exactly where I wanted it. He even helped me spread out my tarp!

They provided me with a selection of rocks that were very affordable. They delivered them to my address on time. I received 3 yards with plenty to spare for 1/3rd of the cost if I would have purchased from a garden center or home store such as Lowes or Menards.

The online ordering process was easy and the who process went very well . The mulch was delivered on time and placed exactly where instructed..

Very fast response. Only issues were a branch knocked off a tree, but tree seems to be ok.

I placed my order online, which was very easy using the calculator and clear explanations of my choices. My delivery was scheduled for the next business day and delivered within the time window requested. I had a very narrow alley entrance, which my delivery person was able to back into in order to dump the mulch “where I wanted it.” He went above and beyond by removing my back gate from the hinges when I couldn’t get it open as planned. He dumped the mulch, then replaced the gates. I was thrilled with this customer service and the high quality of the hardwood mulch. I even received a thank you note a few days after delivery. Prices were in-line with other companies. McCarty Mulch and Stone will be my go-to mulch delivery company from now on.

They are amazing. They even sent me a handwritten thank you note. They had product when no one else had brought. I called everybody and they had it and had it delivered the next day. I absolutely would use them again.

These guys were great! The online ordering system made it really easy. My landscapers came a week early, so I called McCarty to see if there was any chance that they could deliver the mulch that day, and luckily it was a slow day and they were able to within a few hours. The mulch itself was very high quality. They even sent a thank you card! I will definitely use them again.

I ordered the garden compost online on Thursday evening. Their web site described the product as "Horse and cow manure mixed with straw and sawdust and aged over 18 months, turned and screened to produce a fine black texture." The next morning I received a phone call asking if I really want their "planters mix". I assured them I wanted garden compost which I would till into the existing garden soil. Delivery was prompt on Friday afternoon but when I began to transfer what they delivered I realized it was not the garden compost I ordered. It was probably their "planters mix" because it contained soil, including balls of clay, a surprising number of rocks, many of which were golf ball size and several were baseball size, a flattened plastic bottle and several strands of electrical wire. It was definitely not the screened garden compost described on their web site, I cleaned it up as best I could and worked it into the existing soil anyway because it was definitely better than the heavy clay soil I wanted to plant but I am very disappointed by McCarty and will not use them again for anything. Also be warned if you order online. They do not disclose their delivery charge until after you have submitted your credit card and committed to the order. I was surprised by their $60 delivery charge and might have ordered from a different source if I had known their delivery charge in advance which I felt was high.

The online order process was simple, the price was good, the delivery truck was on time, she dumped the mulch on my driveway tarp like a perfect bullseye, and the mulch was very nice. Will certainly look to them in the future.

Everything went well, from ordering over the phone to the delivery the next day. The truck arrived within the timeframe promised and the driver was very helpful unloading the topsoil, being careful to keep it all on the driveway. I was happy with their service and the quality of the topsoil. I will use McCarty again if the need should arise.

I first went in to McCarty's to ask questions about their services and get pricing. The two gals in the office was very knowledgeable and specif about pricing. They helped me figure out what was going to be the best product for my budget. I later called in and ordered pea gravel over the phone. I spoke with Claire about measurements and the amount I needed delivered. I wasn't sure how to read the measurements over the phone so I was able to email them to her. She later called me back with pricing and the next available date of delivery. I was impressed how smooth the process went. I had the gravel delivered on a Tuesday and dropped in my driveway. The delivery man was great was nice and patient with me as we wasn't ready when he arrived. The only thing I didn't like was the driver didn't center his truck in my drive way and a lot went into my grass. Took a good chunk of my day out getting the gravel out of my grass.. But other than that I an exceptionally pleased with the process and the product.

Perfect service! I called on Monday and they delivered on Tuesday. Marcia was polite professional and attentive to my needs. When she realized stock was low on an item she quickly called me back and helped me find a solution. I couldn't be happier with the quick turn around and price beat the competitors.
