Description of Work: Our A/C stopped blowing cold air in June. I have a wife and 3 kids at home, so it was something that we needed fixed ASAP. I purchased the deal that Mark IV had on Angie's List, and they came out the next day. It turns out it was just a relatively inexpensive part that needed replaced. They quickly made the repairs and we haven't had any problems since then!

Description of Work: Purchased a deal for AC tune-up. In addition, I knew that additional coolant was needed. |Showed up on-time and was thorough in assessing problems, looking for leaks, etc. Added the necessary coolant and the impact was immediate.

Description of Work: A technician named Steve came for a tune-up, primarily I wanted temperatures and coolant levels checked. He tested/inspected the system, didn't tell me I needed unnecessary services. He was punctual, pleasant and experienced. I would certainly contact this business again for any future heating or cooling needs.

Description of Work: I purchased the big deal for $44 for Early Bird A/C Tune-Up, Cleaning, and Inspection. They were fine and I was satisfied with them.

Description of Work: Steve from Mark IV was very professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Of course, getting the A/C fixed is a huge expense, but Steve gave us a great discount for future inspections and tune-ups. Our A/C no longer leaks water all over our garage. He did a great job!

Description of Work: Had used provider in the past for furnace tune up and used them again for A/C tune up. They are punctual and professional. I also had them install my new thermostat. I will continue to use them for any heating and cooling issues I may have in the future.

Description of Work: We ordered the "Big Deal" which encompassed a full HVAC check. The serviceman was quite a bit late, however, we were called a couple of times by the Company to inform us that he was running late due to difficulties at another job. It was minimal inconvenience to us, and we appreciated being advised as to the situation along the way. The serviceman performed a battery of tests, checked Freon levels, changed the filter, and announced that we were good-to-go for the Summer months. After hearing about other Companies who offer inexpensive "system checks" and then break down your unit while announcing that you have "big problems", we were very pleased at not having to deal with a bait-and-switch. Description of Work: After using Mark IV for a big deal a few years ago, I've since contracted with them for regular HVAC maintenance. If you're a regular customer, they run specials on filters, etc. every so often so you can stock up at greatly reduced prices. (They even accommodated me on a filter they didn't have in stock; they ordered it for me at the reduced price.) Very pleasant office staff and technicians.
