Serviceman arrived within scheduled time, cleaned and serviced one PTAC unit and briefly checked temperature output of a second unit. Cleaned both from outside. Both working well. Very informative and pleasant interaction. Highly recommended.

Called Mark IV and they were out within an hour. Jason the technician was very friendly and explained what he did to fix the problem. I will definitely call them for the new ac install coming up this summer.

Our furnace is 20 years old and the technician spent a fair amount of time checking out the heat condenser and some other parts associated with the heart of the furnace. We've had them out before, and are very happy with their service.

It was wonderful, they were very professional, their timing is very good and I don't have any problem with my furnace. It was all worth it for quality of their work. The service man was really careful in entering the house, he makes sure he has shoes on and guards and told me what he will gonna do. They were very honest.

arrived on time. and tech was friendly and seemed to be thorough with the multi point check for newer furnace and new AC unit . ( for some reason - they didn't / do not check the r22 freon level -with the gauges , etc ).

Very good. Can't complaint. They were on time. Did a good job. Answered my questions. The only company I found at least not to do the pressure test unless it's absolutely needed.

During a heat wave in August with temps in the 90s, our air conditioner went out. We had a technician come out on Monday morning who recommended replacement of our unit. I purchased the Enhanced Service Plan for $250 which would provide two annual maintenance services. I was told that the office would call us back with an estimate. Near the end of the day, we called and asked for an estimate and were told we would receive one in the morning. We waited until after noon on Tuesday to make a decision on which company to go with after receiving 2 other estimates. Given the heat wave and having not received an estimate from Mark IV at that time, we decided to go with a company. I emailed asking if I could receive a refund on the Enhanced Service Plan due to the untimely estimate and the company we ended up going with requiring us to use their service for the first year for warranty purposes. I never received a reply or a refund.

Was told he would come between 10a and 1p. Came at 2:15p, so I had to wait at home most of day.

Polite and straightforward inspection of systems with a simple explanation on how things were holding up.

B+. It was a quality job, with staff to support him to make everything easy. Punctual. Knowledgeable. Responded timely. It had a pretty big hiccup that makes me question the experience.... I had to have a 2nd guy out due to my system being geothermal. I know nothing about anything HVAC so I didn't know to tell the office my system is geo. I didn't know how it all connected with my furnace. All i knew is had an electric bill and geo system. On my last call with Jennifer when we were talking about the labor cost, she said most people tell us when they have Geo. Which, makes me think it's my fault the wrong guy came out first and not there's for not asking me what system I have. They are the experts, I'm not. Anyways, once the right guy got there the 2nd time he noticed very low refrigerant so we assume a leak. He gave me an idea that the price to fix could be $700, could be $900, depending on if he has to use all the parts or not. When he comes out again for his 2nd appt (3rd overall), his machinery notices no leak after 2.5 hours of checking which is great news; however, i still get charged over $600 even though no fix was needed. He tells me it's a lot of labor which is how i got to talking to the office again. He charged for 4 hours labor, he was only there 2.5. Jennifer said with drive time it was 3.75hrs (still not 4). If you go with these guys, you'll get good work... but you'll pay for their drive time to their next appointment and who knows maybe also drive time from their previous appointment. Point is you're paying for their scheduling. Not just their work.

My old furnace and AC had been under service warrantee with Mark IV for a few years. They kept both limping along for long past the expected life span. Finally it was time to replace the aging equipment. Mark IV provided quotes for a variety of furnaces that would heat my home. They replaced the furnace and AC in one day. Excellent work, explained the process as they worked and answered all my questions. They removed the old units as well.

This company responded within the hour of my request for a quote, but I already had another company come out before that time (they just happened to have immediate availability). This company was still extremely professional and thankful for my quote request, and also had same day service. I'll still use them if I need a second opinion, and I'm glad to know that their responsiveness exceeded my expectations. You can definitely use this company with confidence.

He came on time and was efficient and thorough. We purchase service contract every year.

They were amazing to work with. They showed up when they said they would and got right to work. Tim was great he explained everything to me so i understood what was going on. I would recommend them for any of my Heating/Cooling needs.

Peace of mind twice a year (heating/cooling seasons), plus a discount on necessary repairs. Have had this service for several years since install of new furnace/ac but only required one part replacement during that time so they don’t use it as a revolving door to sell things you don’t need.
